Zoubi restaurant is New Hope's hidden gem. Tucked away on Mechanic Street, Zoubi serves American Cuisine with a European touch prepared by Chef Francisco Barrios. We are serving dinner only Thursday through Sunday with indoor and outdoor seating available.

The food and ambience were by far the best we experienced in New Hope. Other restaurants were very good but our experience here was outstanding. It was a near perfect meal.

One of us had the swordfish and loved it, one of us had the mahi over risotto special and found the fish was undercooked. Chocolate mousse dessert was very good. Owner came around several time to check on us and he was awesome.

Good food and drinks are to be found at this nice staple of beautiful downtown New Hope. Fine outdoor dining garden, in season as well .

Lovely dining experience. The food was very good, but for the prices it should be exceptional. I don’t know if I’d return and that’s usually what I base my overall experience on, but I am a restaurant person( and an foodie) so value to quality is important to me. That being said the service was Exceptional. Everyone we were in contact with could not have been more pleasant or helpful. When the staff is amazing it tells me the management is amazing. Also very cute. Overall it was a great night. Would recommend to try at least once.

What a gem!! Laurent and his staff never disappoint at this special restaurant. You feel like you’re dining in a European grotto, intimate and romantic. Creative menu, but the crab cake is my favorite!! Love coming here for a special occasion…or just because!

It was summer. We sat outside. Late night. Magical. Expensive. Fancy but not stuffy. Expect to spend a lot of money. Taste incredible things. Feel like you’re in a midsummer night’s dream. Also, you will get enough food but don’t expect humongous portions.
