The zibibbo grape, also known as Muscat of Alexandra. It is considered an “ancient vine” and some wine experts believe it is one of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still in existence. This vine made it’s way to Italy in 1773 from the arabic nations where the name was zibibb. Italy had the perfect climent and rich soil for the vine. This made italy a recognizable country in wine making. Zibibbo73 Ristorante & Raw Bar in Stafford, VA. brings a taste of the old world cuisine in a modern setting, to our area. This restaurant is one we don't frequent often since it is a bit of a ride for us, but we do love the food here. My wife & I visited for a late lunch and found it to be as good as ever. Our server was very helpful and answered our questions about the lunch menu. Our starter was their fried calamari and it was very tasty and lightly fried. My wife decided to have their lunch special with a Caesar salad and spaghetti with tomato sauce while I had their Salmone al Pistacchio dish. We were both extremely satisfied with the meals and the amount of food more than ample. We still decided to try the dessert - a special one which was a cheesecake made with ricotta cheese. It was excellent!

Fantastic experience! From the delicious food to Isaac’s attentive service, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Served over rosemary roasted potatoes with roasted Brussels sprouts, the chicken Marsala was the best I’ve ever had! Generous portions at a fair price. We’ll definitely return when passing through the area!

Excellent house made tortellloni with mushrooms and spinach in a cream sauce. Also, really good house made flourless chocolate cake (torta). Great service. Love the fact that Zibibbo is a family owned and local business.

My waiter could’ve been a little more friendlier but the food and the overall environment was nice. I will visit again.

Food was perfect. Outside dining was a wonderful experience…not too crowded. We made a reservation for 8 PM but probably wasn’t necessary because it was only two of us. Server was very friendly and patient. Answered all of our questions. A definite must try! We will be back ❤️

A wonderful Italian restaurant with an excellent choice of entrees, drinks and desserts. We celebrated two birthdays and were treated as celebraties. The service was absolutely amazing with very friendly, attentive and professional servers. The restaurant was very crowded which to me indicates a great place. Well worth a visit for fantastic Italian food.
