    I would like to begin by saying that the wait staff was excellent, sadly that was the highlight of our experience. The family style dinner was extremely overpriced for what was served. We will not be returning. the chicken noodle soup was sub par tasting like cambells, and the rest of the appetizer course was extremely disappointing consisting of a tasteless spread plate, cottage cheese, bread, and decent cranberries. As for the main course, the gravy tasted like it came from a jar. The butter noodles were so caked in bread crumbs it was dry and unpleasant to eat. The dressing was absolutely horrid, it tasted as if it were raw dough with little to no seasoning with awful texture. Lastly, their shining star, the chicken was dry and underseasoned with a hint of chicken bouillon seasoning. For an establishment with the history that they have, I expected a higher standard of quality. As the old saying goes quality over quantity.

    I brought my family for their first ever chicken dinner and we thoroughly loved it! I have been coming to Zehnders since the 70s. The waiter was beyond attentive, thoughtful, and efficient. We had 4 young ones with us and he treated them like royalty. He made the experience so special for all of us. The cottage cheese was a huge hit! Thank you for such wonderful memories.

    If you leave Zehnder’s after eating the ‘all you can eat’ chicken dinner, you’re in trouble. Was a great choice for my birthday dinner!!

    Our experience was amazing! The food was so good and the service was fantastic! Loved the restaurants aesthetic! Highly recommend it.

    It was very relaxing, it was with family we hadn’t seen in years. So we had a nice meal. Waiter was excellent, Tyler was his name I believe.

    Their New Year's menu was different and great! Besides chicken they offered fish, lamb, and steak. It was simple but fresh and plenty. We had a young waiter who provided an outstanding service. It was a very nice experience overall.

    We always have good food and great service, we just had an issue with a tiny table. It's set up for 4 people, but really with all the plates and bowls it takes, there is no room for anything. It's uncomfortable. We always sit in the taproom because we like the ambiance better and we are usually sat at a nice big round table. I didn't say anything because we had reservations and I assumed all the other tables were spoken for. It was just really cramped.

    We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and we were seated very quickly. The food was delicious. Service was excellent.
