Le Zambri's est un restaurant primé spécialisé dans la cuisine italienne classique. « Le meilleur restaurant italien de Colombie-Britannique... et peut-être du Canada » n'est qu'un des nombreux compliments qu'il a reçu jusqu'à présent.
Récemment, cet établissement a également été nommé Meilleure carte des vins ainsi que Meilleure carte des vins et accueil de l'île de Vancouver pour son choix unique de vins italiens. Son superbe nouvel emplacement dans le bâtiment Atrium est une autre bonne raison de vous y rendre. De plus, son service décontracté, mais qualifié garantit une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle.

    Really this low score was a result of Service: it was really mixed, mostly disappointing. Food presentation , honestly, felt one step above a cafeteria. Food itself was Good+. Why does it take 10 minutes for our bottle of wine to reach our table esp. when appetizer arrives first. Half full restaurant and lots of staff. No excuses. Zambri’s used to be a solid option but this was a bad experience. Hopefully a one-off. Hope to return and see the passion and presentation back where it was.

    We had a wonderful experience. We weren’t sure how much to order and what we should order. Asked the staff how the menu options would be. Very helpful and accepted. Service and food was enjoyable.

    We had wonderful dinner recently at Zambri’s. The food was very good, I particularly liked the ricotta frittella. The service was friendly and professional. Thank you for a lovely evening.

    Slow to get seated, waiting more than 5 minutes at the door with nobody greeting us. Then as soon as we were seated, we felt rushed to leave. Menu looked great but both me and my partner felt sick during the meal and were unwell for 2 days following the meal. Great location and the restaurant was beautiful.

    We were a party of four with multiple, um, food requests and peculiarities. Service was first notch, as was the food, from the focaccia right to the desserts. We ordered three types of pasta, salad and a meatball. All perfectly cooked. The acoustics of the restaurant were the only issue: this is not a place for a quiet romantic dinner. If you like it loud and boisterous, this place is for you.

    We came here for the Dine Around menus. Two of the dishes were quite good, but the others were mediocre. Starting with the appetizers; the ricotta fritters were lovely, crisp on the outside, with pillowy insides they were very tasty. The other appetizer was a few long slices of mortadella put on a skewer and grilled. It was odd, and not very appetizing, and the salad that came with it didn't have any dressing. Not a winner of a dish, shouldn't be on the menu. On to the mains, where the biggest issue was a complete lack of seasoning. I had the pasta with the wild boar ragu. The pasta was cooked well, but the sauce was basically a tomato sauce with no real flavour - it was supposed to have sage butter in it, but perhaps it was forgotten? I added chilli flakes to give it some flavour. I ate it, but honestly, I could have made something better at home. My husband had the braised beef dish. Very bland beef, what exactly it had been braised in was not evident, since it lacked any tasty flavours, instead it just tasted like boiled beef. It also needed a sharp knife to cut it: if it was properly braised it should have been easy to cut. No salt, no herbs, another plate of bland food. On to dessert. The baked gelato was sublime. A truly tasty little dessert that made me forgive the bland main. Unfortunately, the worst dish was the chocolate dessert. Supposedly a chocolate custard with caramel sauce. What arrived was an overly gelatinous little puck of very bitter chocolate in a pool of flavourless sauce. It was certainly not a custard, which promises creamy lusciousness. Way too much gelatin and did they forget to add the sugar? We should have sent it back and got another of the baked gelato desserts which was truly the highlight of the meal. My husband didn't want to cause a scene so he quietly ate it. My takeaway is that the chefs don't taste their food here before it is sent out. We are foodies, so it is always disappointing when a meal is sub par.
