Normally I have a good experience when I stop in prior to seeing a movie...Valentine's Day was not one of those. The service was lousy, the food was served cold and the kitchen staff prepared our food order out of order so we ended up cancelling the appetizer. Wife and I went to see a movie and since Zaffiro's is attached to the theater I figured it be easy and quick and taste pretty good like it usually does. Wrong. We got sat immediately and greeted relatively quickly by our server who took our drink order and our food order. We ordered an appetizer, and a pizza along with our beverages. Server brings back our drinks and then disappears, never checking back on us. Wife and I are sitting there, waiting, and waiting, and waiting...we flag her down and she says she'll check and see, meantime our movie time is approaching quickly, and no sign of our appetizer or the pizza or the server after she went to check. Mind you the restaurant was not overly packed so what is the holdup? Finally with about 15mins before our movie we flag her down again and tell her to box up our order and she comes back and tells us they are making the appetizer now but the pizza is ready. We've been here for almost an hour! Cancel the appetizer. What kind of ineptitude do you have going on in that kitchen? She brings the pizza, and it is not even our pizza. Wife is livid, she takes the boxed up pizza back to our server and tells her to find our pizza. Server finds our pizza, somehow the morons in the kitchen boxed it to go and sent it to the pick up line, so it had probably been sitting there for 10mins already(getting cold). We complain to the manager about the awful experience, thankful he comp'd our meal. We head into the theater to eat our pizza and watch our movie. Grab a slice and the pizza is cold. Well at least we didn't pay for it.

Service despite not being busy was poor. We were almost late to our show. Food took forever to be prepared, simple drink order also same. Food when it finally came appeared to have been sitting out for a bit prior to being served

service was awful, never got soda refills even after asking, food took over 2 hours and had to get a pager to take with us to the movies to come back and grab our food. Awful

Food is not great, pizza sauce was mediocre and fries were horrible. Service was slow.

It was Ok. Three of our four meals weee delivered at the same time and the fourth came after the first theee were largely done eating food quality good.

Reserved table, was late to movie. Dinner was estimated at 1 hour for delivery. Staff was pleasantly passive. Otherwise, simply unfortunate to be unable to fulfill birthday celebration with my son, and to be late to movie.

We made an open table reservation at Zaffiros New Berlin an hour before our movie. Upon arrival, the greeter told us they could seat us now but we wouldn’t get our food order for ‘at least an hour’ because they had to fulfill online movie theater orders before they could take care of us, even though we were physical present. We never saw anything like this before!! We will never return to Zaffiros.

Food came out late. They said : they were behind" Frys were Luke warm. Didnt eat them but not enough time to srnd back.Sandwich was good Waitress was nice

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday here with 3 of her friends before a movie. Our server was outstanding. He was attentive and found something to talk to a bunch of 14 year olds about! He made their day discussing anime and music.
