Le bœuf servi au Y.O. est en grande partie du bœuf Black Angus local, et les coupes sont réalisées sur place au moyen d'une méthode très similaire à celle que les fermiers utilisaient il y a plus de 125 ans. I’m all for a good crust on your steak, but scorched black is not good. Had to trim off that part. Ordered two different appetizers and they were not worth the price as they were absolutely bland. Also, I took my wife and 4 kids for dinner and was charged as a “group party” at a whopping rate of 20%. I get group parties but for a family of six is plain ridiculous. Makes us as a family feel unwelcome. We will not be dining here again.

It had been awhile since I'd been to the Y.O., but a special friend's birthday warranted a return. We were treated like royalty, and all guests were given wonderful complimentary banana pudding as dessert and the birthday gal also received delicious chocolate cake [her favorite!] to boot!! Our waiter, Marcos Ruiz, was particularly attentive and willing to make some "adjustments" to fit the needs of the table guests. We are in his debt! Many thanks to him and the Y.O. for making my friend's birthday memorable! Lee B.

Alan greeted up directly after were seated and everything went smoothly after that. Alan made some fantastic suggestions and we enjoyed some of them very much. My wife had the small filet mignon and I had the prime ribeye. The bone marrow butter was added to both and it was amazing. For sides we had the wilted spinach and mashed potatoes, they were incredible. We took home quite a haul as we got stuff quickly after the appetizer.

The service and food at the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse are first class. Our server's suggestions from drinks, steaks, and accompaniments were perfect. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit to one of Dallas's top steakhouses!

The service is top notch! Some of the dishes did not hit the mark. Example, the fried lobster tails. They were a bit overcooked and the crust, Although golden brown, tastes a bit scorched. There was a private event that was a tad bit loud for my taste. For the prices of the food, one would expect everything to taste exceptional! We spent nearly $600 for three people.

This was our first time visiting Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse. Our waiter Brandon treated us very well. The food was great best steak I've had in over 40 years. Best place to go if you looking for a great steak.

My Wife ordered the Prime sirloin and I ordered the Ribeye with the mashed potatoes & mixed vegetables and Both were prepared Perfectly !!! We plan on going back again just as soon as were back in Dallas again !!
