Vous servir la meilleure qualité de bœuf du Texas est l'objectif principal du Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse, mais il est aussi reconnu pour sa vaste sélection de gibiers sauvages élevés en liberté dans son ranch de 48 000 acres situé près de la région de Kerrville au Texas. Pour ceux qui sont d'humeur à essayer quelque chose qui sort de l'ordinaire, le Y.O. vous propose du chevreuil, du wapiti, du sanglier, des volailles et leur plat signature,le filet mignon buffalo. Le bœuf servi au Y.O. est en grande partie du bœuf Black Angus local, et les coupes sont réalisées sur place au moyen d'une méthode très similaire à celle que les fermiers utilisaient il y a plus de 125 ans. La salle à manger privée du Y.O. Steakhouse, le bar et les salles de réception peuvent accueillir des groupes allant de 20 à 300 personnes pour des réunions d'affaires ou simplement pour célébrer, le jour ou la nuit. Took my family here for my husband's birthday. They had a card for him a brought him a complimentary dessert with Happy Birthday written on the plate. And all I did was mark "celebrating birthday" when I reserved our table on open table.

Bad service, bad food, I would not recommend this restaurant. When asked if we could combine 2 tables so our party could sit together the manager came out with a MAJOR attitude and said flat out no. Mind you, the tables were right next to each other… A restaurant that isn’t willing to accommodate their customers is an huge turn off. Also, the food was poor quality, cooked poorly, just bad altogether! AND for the price this place charges it’s absolutely unacceptable! Tables behind us were also sending their steaks back so it wasn’t just our table that found the food inedible. Find another steakhouse as there are so many others in the area.

When we first arrived, it was nice and warm at our table. Shortly into dinner, it became very cold to the point where some were wearing their coats while eating dinner. The cold air was blowing on us so hard that our food became cold before we could finish it. We brought this to the attention of the server twice and the manager who came to the table. Not a great experience when dining with friends from out of state.
