Créé en 1742, le Wiltons bénéficie d'une réputation de souper raffiné britannique, à Londres. George William Wilton a fourni les plus belles huîtres aux commerçants du London"s Haymarket. Aujourd'hui, le Wiltons poursuit cette tradition et continue à servir les meilleurs huîtres, fruits de mer et gibiers. Il mêle une philosophie moderne du service avec une tradition britannique en créant une expérience culinaire parfaite. En cas de réservation pour un groupe de 6 personnes ou plus, veuillez contacter directement le Wiltons. Pour toute demande particulière, telle qu'un gâteau d'anniversaire ou du champagne, merci de bien vouloir contacter le restaurant directement lors de votre réservation. Wiltons proudly presents its Classics Menu, a homage to timeless British dishes fit for royalty. Available from July 1st to August 31st, 2024. Devilled Eggs with Caviar Prawn Cocktail Dover Sole Kiev Beef Fillet à la Bourguignonne Strawberry and Cherry Trifle Colston Bassett Stilton Yorkshire Parkin & honeycomb The tasting menu is only available for the whole table and cannot be ordered in conjunction with the à la carte menu.

Always excellent in every respect. If traditional done really well is your thing, then this is the place to go. The food is always of an extremely high standard, sourced, prepared and cooked with care. The service is friendly and excellent. If you have never been and like cheese, then treat yourself to the stilton souffle starter - sublime.

Great service however wine service can be pushy… beef Wellington not ready for early diners so ordered alternative. Otherwise great spot!

We had our usual exceptional experience at Wiltons, enjoying all our favourites- delicious oysters, Stilton soufflé, smoked eel, Dover sole and apple crumble. Filipo was charming and helpful with our choices. The sommelier made excellent suggestions for a white to go with the oysters. Our US and Australian guests were impressed. We will be back!
