Join us for a custom 4 course menu each paired with a 3 Floyds brew to complement. The evening begins with Spicy Chicken Nachos and Fried Pickles paired with Alpha King (Pale Ale), followed by Seared Alaskan King Salmon paired with Gumballhead (Wheat), Smoky BBQ Brisket paired with Turbo Reaper (IPA), and ends with Apple Sticky Toffee Pudding paired with Robert The Bruce (Scottish Ale). Jim Striblen, Regional Sales Rep for 3 Floyds, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.

We had an early weekday reservation. It was relatively quiet and extremely enjoyable. The service was excellent with care to ask about beverages; asking about appetizers and giving a great presentation on the features of the day!

Wildfire has been one of our favorite restaurants for over decade. The food and the service is always memorable. We love to come here for special occasions and when we want an excellent dining experience.

I made a reservation on the wrong date and they still figured out a way to seat us when we showed up . Food was absolutely amazing. Best creamed spinach I've ever had as a side . Steak was cooked perfectly. My wife got the ribs and they were fall off the bone good.

The food and service was quite good! It had an old fashioned Chicago style steakhouse feel. It's not cheap but very good. I would go back for a special occasion for sure.
