The evening begins with Spicy Chicken Nachos and Fried Pickles paired with Alpha King (Pale Ale), followed by Seared Alaskan King Salmon paired with Gumballhead (Wheat), Smoky BBQ Brisket paired with Turbo Reaper (IPA), and ends with Apple Sticky Toffee Pudding paired with Robert The Bruce (Scottish Ale).
