The evening begins with Spicy Chicken Nachos and Fried Pickles paired with Alpha King (Pale Ale), followed by Seared Alaskan King Salmon paired with Gumballhead (Wheat), Smoky BBQ Brisket paired with Turbo Reaper (IPA), and ends with Apple Sticky Toffee Pudding paired with Robert The Bruce (Scottish Ale). Jim Striblen, Regional Sales Rep for 3 Floyds, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.

Another great experience at Wildfire. We had a good-sized party, and they accommodated us even when we changed the head count at the last minute. The food was excellent, and our server was very patient with our 3-year-old granddaughter.

Everyone enjoyed their food. The best part was our extremely sweet and efficient waitress. Zia was a joy and made our day. Our table could have been deemed "difficult" but she was sweet and smiling to us.

Now being a boomer it was great! With a childhood friend and Jaime was a wonderful server. He knew we were catching up , I kept an eye on how busy but it seemed like everyone was spending a little more time at their tables. The hosts were both very cordial and kind. Food was delicious!

The culture of Wildfire has changed in my opinion. The quality of the food is on the level of “fast food” restaurant. Maybe it’s this location. We were charged a 3% surcharge and told the reason is inflation. Well, inflation affects us too , so don’t penalize the customer. Not good!
