Join us for a custom 4 course menu each paired with an Allagash brew to complement. The evening begins with Grilled Mediterranean Chicken Kebab & Summer Salad paired with Allagash White, followed by Beer Tempura Cod Fish Tacos paired with Allagash Hop Reach IPA, Classic Smash Burger paired with Allagash Tripel, and ends with Carrot Cake Cupcake paired with Allagash Curieux. Steve Gedwill, Allagash Sales Representative, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.

We had excellent service and the food was great. We had scallops appetizer that was delicious. I had crab cakes and my husband had the halibut. Everything was great. Thanks

4th of July dinner. 6:30 rez. Ezekiel was our server who was excellent. Attentive but not terribly so. Lettuce Entertain You knows how to train their staff. Everyone enjoyed their food - turkey burger, cedar plank salmon, steak sandwich, a salad. I had the skirt steak which was perfectly cooked, juicy and seasoned just right. It was a little too loud for me but I was still able to have a conversation without shouting. 4 people, food, 3 cocktails and 2 glasses of wine $330 total. About what you might expect.

Great food as always, wonderful service even with a toddler and infant with us! The portions for trio medallions were noticeably smaller at $40+ but tasted great.

Food & service was good! Wish they did something for birthdays when it’s noted in reservation, would be happy to pay for a birthday dessert. Other than that, everything was good!

We enjoyed sitting in one of the "side" dining rooms where the noise was at a level where we could talk and hear without shouting across the table. Both filet Wellington and the halibut were delicious, and we also enjoyed the sides, especially the au gratin potatoes. On the other hand, we felt that $183 (with tax & tip) for 2 entrees, 1 dessert, and 2 glasses of wine is a little on the high end. Yes, we'd recommend Wildfire but with the caveat about prices. (We dine out about once per week.)

Wonderful way to celebrate a birthday! The food is consistently delicious with a nice ambiance in a main room banquet. The complimentary birthday dessert was a welcome treat!
