From the decor to the jazz music, Wildfire has the style and warmth that makes it perfect for celebrating with friends or a quiet evening for two. The extensive menu features broiled steaks and chops, wood-roasted seafood and roasted meats, all prepared in an open kitchen. Signature dishes include Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon, Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, Wildfire Chopped Salad and Cedar Planked Salmon. Join us for a custom 4 course menu each paired with a Bourbon from the Bardstown Bourbon Company to complement. The evening begins with Fried Chicken Meatballs paired with a Maple Bourbon Smash, followed by Grilled Arctic Char paired with Cherry Wood Rye, Smoked Brisket paired with Bottled-In-Bond, and ends with a Salted Caramel Budino paired with High Wheat. Greg Johnston, National Director for Bardstown, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. Great experience overall’ food was great, staff was wonderful, I’d say forgo the Parmesan crust on your steak but other than that a good classic steakhouse vibe, just not particually unique

Unfortunately our experience was lousy. The food was just OK and the service was terrible. The management team stepped up to try to make it right but it pretty much ruined our family Christmas dinner. I will never go back.

The food was okay, sadly the portions were smaller than last time I was here . I only seen my server Johnathan twice !! When he took my order and then when I paid the bill, it was really not worth my 200 dollars. I don’t think I will be returning sadly, and I use to like this restaurant smh

Had a reservation for 5 people at 8:00 to celebrate my 13 yr olds bday. 40 mins in we still had not received our cocktails or starters. It was apparent they were understaffed, and as someone in the industry I was patient longer than most would be. I spoke to the manager who was frazzled and apologized. He did give us a fair discount for the troubles, but the server was less than apologetic. Never said anything, and acted as if we were putting him out by having to serve us. Asked who’s birthday it was and dropped the dessert in front of my son, not saying anything else. Never returned to check on us after getting our food etc. Terrible service throughout.
