Lobster bisque was pasty and tasteless. Hamburger kinda dry. Fries were pretty good though

From the moment we stepped foot in the door we were greeted by friendly staff. Our server, Dannie, was an OG there (7 years) and recommended her favorites to us. Food was amazing! Drinks were good... nice and strong too! Service was impeccable! Management kept checking on us as well. We will be returning the next time we are in area!

As always, food was excellent, service was amazing, ambience is very nice - it did get to be a bit cold after a while, but was still tolerable. A bit pricey, but we will go back many, many times!

We received a welcoming greeting upon arrival. All staffers were attentive. Food was very good. We enjoyed are time at Westside Grill .

We've been to the Westside Grill several times previously with no complaints. But on this our 29th wedding anniversary, I was dismally disappointed. Our table had been wiped with a wet cloth just before we arrived and were seated. My wife set a very, very expensive leather handbag down on the table as she was sitting down, before noticing the table was still quite wet. She immediately lifted the leather handbag off the table and began wiping it off. We alerted the staff that the table was still quite wet. But they came with another wet cloth to once again wipe the table. We mentioned again with some frustration that the table was "wet". We could see the staff a short distance away discussing the issue with what appeared to be a manager or the owner who was oddly wearing shorts nearby and gesturing. Another staff member came and again began wiping the table with a wet cloth. We once again said the problem was a wet table, it needs to be dried. Finally they came again with a dry towel to wipe the moisture off the table. If this had been the only issue I could have remained silent and given an OK review. It was a misunderstanding. But it was missed twice. The real complaint I have was with my food. I ordered scallops. They arrive seared, and overcooked. They were gritty and tasted "off". I continued eating them thinking the grit must be limited to the current scallop. But with each one the taste and the texture seemed to get worse. Then with one scallop I detected a faint smell of ammonia. That's when I put my fork down and stopped eating altogether. What was supposed to be a joyful celebration of our wedding anniversary turned out to be a regrettable and preventable, bad experience. The assistant manager came to our table after being told by the busboy that there was a problem. He offered to comp. my meal and we accepted the offer. We paid the check and left. I won't be back.
