Disappointing, especially when viewed in relation to what WayPoint used to be. Services was not "pleasant." Food tasted great, but it was grossly overpriced.

I had made a 7pm reservation and noted that we would be celebrating my wifes birthday. We arrived at 7pm and were promptly seated. It was not until 7:10pm that Rebecca came by our table to take our drink order. We did not see Rebecca again until she brought our drinks at 7:30. My wife had ordered an espresso martini so when she brought the drinks she said to us that they had waited for the espresso to be made and hoped it was worth the wait. It does NOT take 20min to make an espresso. We had decided to not order an appetizer because we saw folks getting bread baskets and figured that would be enough until our dinner arrived. At 7:40pm she came by with our bread basket and told us that our dinner was also ready and that she would be right back with it. I ordered the Seafood Bocatini that had three clams in it and three shrimp in it and two scallops which were all covered in a very thick Alfredo type sauce. I ate the seafood of it, but the sauce did not taste fresh at all, and since it came out in 10 minutes, I'm sure it was not made freshly, my wife on the other hand ordered the steak salad that included some sautéed or grilled onions and medium rare skirt steak. The onions were raw and the steak was ice cold. My wife and I dine out quite frequently and have both worked in the restaurant industry for many years both in the kitchen and at the bar as well as serving. If the service had been exceptional, we could've overlooked the bad food or vice versa, but having looked forward to this night, we were utterly disappointed. This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. PS: I had ordered a Manhattan that cost me $18 and I could barely taste any bourbon in it.

We both ordered the sheet crab soup, which was good, I had the scallops and they were a bit salty. I should’ve told the chef to lighten up the finishing salt application. My husband had the fillet mignon and was very happy .We had dessert and by far the chocolate mousse was superb.

We were celebrating my mom’s birthday. The service and food were amazing. Although we were the last ones in the restaurant, we did not feel pressured to leave. Ashely abs the manager were wonderful.

Service was great and the ambiance was nice, but the food did not deliver and was very disappointing. Bland Flounder with crab and overly salted scallops. Bread pudding was overcooked and tasted like frozen French toast, best part was appetizers in She Crab soup and Shrimp. Everything else on pre fixe menu was so disappointing and for a. $250 bill for 2 people I expected so much more.

It was our first visit to this restaurant and the crowd was light on a Monday night. We had reservations and were greeted by name when we arrived. Our server, Alex, immediately took our drink order returned and presented the specials. Both my my wife and I ordered the crab cakes as we were looking forward to that bay meal. The crab cake was very good as was the entire meal. Would definitely eat here again on air next visit.

A nice dining experience mid-week. Noise level was very good for conversations at the table. Three of the four entrees were a success. The lamb chops, however, were unevenly cooked, ranging from medium to rare on the same plate. I was also surprised that advance notice of a birthday celebration wasn't recognized.
