Located on the 33rd floor, The Watermark's elegant, contemporary ambiance is reminiscent of the majestic Niagara Falls itself. Our menu is inspired by both local and regional producers from fine crafted Niagara regional wines to prosciutto from a Niagara Falls local artisan. Tim O'Donnell, our Executive Chef, uses fresh seasonal ingredients that transpire into creative dishes.

Our new fixed-price menu allows you to customize your dining experience. Choose either a three-course or five-course option and you decide which courses you want. Prices are based on the number of courses you order.

My wife and I were celebrating our 49th anniversary. I had booked the meal 6 weeks out. Not knowing the layout of the restaurant. At the top over the eating area was a “bar”. From experience I know people get loud, vulgar and obnoxious when drinking. The sound became overbearing and very unpleasant. Ridiculous at best. Every single customer was complaining. Very very poor booking on behalf of the hotel according to our waiter. He put the fault on a group of 40 that showed up for cocktails. They should have been moved to a private area or even the casino. Very sad experience for us to travel here at such a great expense to suffer at the hands of a “ho down”!! Our room had so so many issues and then that! Never would I return to this hotel. Extremely over priced for our experience!

Friendly and helpful staff, food was nicely plated, maybe a little expensive compared to similar menus (but you’re paying extra for the ambiance). Great experience overall :)

We made a reservation for our anniversary and this did not disappoint. The view was great and our waiter, Gavin, was spectacular. So polite and friendly. The soup was the best soup I've ever had, even my husband who doesn't have much of an adventurous palette enjoyed every last bite. The fish was seasoned perfectly and had the best sear . My husband got the steak and it was cooked to perfection. For desert.... they added the cutest touch to our cheesecake for our anniversary, it was the a small touch that made our evening perfect. I would strongly suggest coming here, if not for the food, the views!

Watermark Restaurant is a very good place to have romantic dinner! You can see both Niagara Falls while dining! We had dinner at 6:30pm and it is a perfect time to see both day and night features of the falls! The changing colors of the falls at night is very romantic to view. Our server is superb! She assists us to move to a better view of the falls and to explain the three meal course the restaurant offered. The food is very good and the presentation of the food are very nice! I will recommend this restaurant to people that wants to go to Niagara Falls!

Nick was amazing as our server, the violinist was very good, the three course prix fixe menu is a wonderful value with many choices which are all top notch and delicious, and the view of the Falls is spectacular. The four of us had a wonderful experiences.

We had the early set dinner (5 - 5:45 pm). Since our dinner time was 5 pm, we had a window seat with good view. There was only 2 other tables at our time. The early set dinner is cheaper; although it had less choice, but had what we wanted. We were happy with the choices and the price...good value!

The service was great. The staff was very aware. The views are unmatched. The food quality was great. The price is very high. But it is worthwhile for that special occasion.

The live music, sax and piano, made the ambiance perfect. Wait staff was very attentive. Only reason for a four star was the dessert didn't meet the high quality of our meals (amazing!) Fillet was done perfect and drinks were good.
