Located on the 33rd floor, The Watermark's elegant, contemporary ambiance is reminiscent of the majestic Niagara Falls itself. Our menu is inspired by both local and regional producers from fine crafted Niagara regional wines to prosciutto from a Niagara Falls local artisan. Tim O'Donnell, our Executive Chef, uses fresh seasonal ingredients that transpire into creative dishes.

Our new fixed-price menu allows you to customize your dining experience. Choose either a three-course or five-course option and you decide which courses you want. Prices are based on the number of courses you order.

First, why bother asking if you were celebrating a special occasion when you don't even acknowledge it. Second we asked for a window table because it was our anniversary and was told there were none and there clearly was. After we were seated another couple came in awhile after us and seated close to us then were moved to a window seat. Very poor customer care by the hostess. Our waitress was very good.

Our server, Mark was extremely helpful and attentive. He came around enough to get us what we needed without suffocating us. 5-star service for sure

We wanted to dine in a special restaurant to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The Watermark restaurant at The Hilton Fallsview was perfect. The 3 course fixed prix menu offered great value and selection. Most importantly, the food was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. We chose a late time to dine, so we enjoyed the fireworks display over Niagra Falls while we ate our dessert. It was a perfect evening.

The view was perfect. The meal was extremely satisfying. I have a friend coming in the next few weeks that I recommended her to dine at the Watermark. Our waitress was very kind, knowledgeable and makes our evening special.

Fantastic location with great view of both falls at Niagara Falls. Food fairly ordinary, wine good, dessert cheesecake like a package one. Cannot get over the great location though.
