Located on the 33rd floor, The Watermark's elegant, contemporary ambiance is reminiscent of the majestic Niagara Falls itself. Our menu is inspired by both local and regional producers from fine crafted Niagara regional wines to prosciutto from a Niagara Falls local artisan. Tim O'Donnell, our Executive Chef, uses fresh seasonal ingredients that transpire into creative dishes.

Our new fixed-price menu allows you to customize your dining experience. Choose either a three-course or five-course option and you decide which courses you want. Prices are based on the number of courses you order.

The food was very mediocre, absolutely way too expensive for the quality of food. The desserts were terrible, we couldn’t take more than one bite of each of the things we ordered. Disappointing for the very high cost.

Our server was great. The food delicious. The server was attentive to our needs. The food was prepared and presented nicely. We had a window table overlooking Niagara Falls. It was a memorable evening.

Beautiful views in all directions. Amazing staff. We were served by Melissa. She was very attentive, professional and friendly. The manager Ryan was also friendly and came by to do table checks and ensure all was great. Food was absolutely fantastic . Our steaks were cooked a perfect medium rare. Desert was also delicious. Can’t wait to come back again.

Went here for my girlfriends birthday. Food was great and service was fantastic too. I recommend booking a reservation close to 10pm to see the fall’s fireworks at 10pm through the summer. Simple amazing.

Our server Lisa was excellent! The food was very good, better than we expected from a tourist area. The views of the Falls while dining was beautiful. It was a very nice dinner!
