Located on the 33rd floor, The Watermark's elegant, contemporary ambiance is reminiscent of the majestic Niagara Falls itself. Our menu is inspired by both local and regional producers from fine crafted Niagara regional wines to prosciutto from a Niagara Falls local artisan. Tim O'Donnell, our Executive Chef, uses fresh seasonal ingredients that transpire into creative dishes.

Our new fixed-price menu allows you to customize your dining experience. Choose either a three-course or five-course option and you decide which courses you want. Prices are based on the number of courses you order.

Watermark Restaurant offers an unparalleled dining experience with its breathtaking views of Niagara Falls, which are truly the highlight of the visit. Whether you're seated by the window or on the patio, the panoramic scenery is simply stunning, making it a perfect spot for special occasions or for impressing out-of-town guests. However, while the views are exceptional, the food falls somewhat short of expectations. The menu is fairly standard, with dishes that are competent but not particularly memorable. The flavors are pleasant enough, but they lack the creativity or finesse that one might hope for given the setting. It's a classic case of "pedestrian" fare—nothing is bad, but nothing stands out either. Service is generally friendly and efficient, though the restaurant can get quite busy, especially during peak tourist seasons. If you're coming for the view and a decent meal, you'll likely leave satisfied. But if you're a foodie looking for a culinary adventure, you might find the offerings a bit underwhelming. Overall, Watermark Restaurant is worth visiting for the scenery alone. Just keep your culinary expectations in check, and you’ll enjoy a pleasant, if not particularly adventurous, dining experience.

The views were exceptional but the main courses were subpar at best. The carrot butternut soup was exceptional and the Caesar salad was good. My husband had the lambchops and paid the additional surcharge ($17) but certainly not worth the money. I had the strip steak (and also paid the additional fee - $20). It arrived at the table barely warm. They brought another although it was hot, it lacked flavor and was very tough - - something you would expect from a chain like Ponderosa. If your looking for wonderful ambiance, this is the place - - if your looking good food, not so much.

Table by the window and the view is unmatched, situated in between both falls. Great music, food, service and presentation! Definitely recommend

Watermark Restaurant comments : Visit Date : August 31, 2024 We would like to thank the Watermark serving staff for a wonderful evening, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary as well as the birthday of one of our son's on the same day. We are local Niagara residents and we have visited your restaurant on several other occasions. Saturday evening (August 31), from the “friendly” door personnel at the main hotel entrance, giving parking directions, to Michelle our main server WE are pleased again with the overall professional service you provided. The incident with my steak being too “obviously rare” instead “medium rare” as ordered, was promptly replaced at the direction of our server “Michelle”, to our satisfaction and with much appreciation! “We would like to congratulate your staff and management for their ongoing effort to provide the best possible hospitality service for your clientele.” We are looking forward to visiting your establishment again in the near future. The views are probably better while it’s still light outside. We were very disappointed with the overall value of the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. There are better views with greater value.

You probably can’t find a better restaurant in NF that combines the high view, upscale ambiance and quality food and service. We went mid-week so it was less busy (to our advantage) with a great staff and menu. Definitely worth it if you are seeking a memorable experience.

Amazing views if your looking for somewhere to overlook the falls. Service was great. My wife enjoyed the salmon very fresh and a good amount. I however got the Chicken Supreme, and the amount your paying for the plate and for the amount I received on my plate was very upsetting. Chicken was dry, and looked like two little strips on my plate. Very upsetting. Dessert was delicious we got the turtle cheese cake. Overall a beautiful place to enjoy a meal, but only if you expect a meal to look like an appetizer.
