The Watermark elevates guests' dining experiences to new heights with gracious service, inventive cuisine, an extensive wine selection, and stylish design that is only surpassed by the stunning, floor-to-ceiling, panoramic views of both the American and Horseshoe Falls.

Located on the 33rd floor, The Watermark's elegant, contemporary ambiance is reminiscent of the majestic Niagara Falls itself. Our menu is inspired by both local and regional producers from fine crafted Niagara regional wines to prosciutto from a Niagara Falls local artisan. Tim O'Donnell, our Executive Chef, uses fresh seasonal ingredients that transpire into creative dishes.

Our new fixed-price menu allows you to customize your dining experience. Choose either a three-course or five-course option and you decide which courses you want. Prices are based on the number of courses you order.

Fabulous deal for New Years. Good portions and great service. Peter was wonderful! One of the best views you'll have while eating a steak.

It was an amazing experience. Watching fireworks and enjoying tasty food. Crispy chicken was little bland but overall dishes were tasty and appealing presentation.

Delicious meal and impeccable service made for a wonderful experience at Watermark. The view is the obvious star but everything else contributed to a lovely evening.

one stop shop. Stay in Hilton, walking to Casino with cover, watching shows in OLG stage same complex. Eating at top restaurant in Niagara Falls area. I highly recommend this place!!!

This location is a premium location with a premium view of both the Canadian and US waterfalls. We were also fortunate to have a great vantage point of the fireworks show that occurred by the falls. With the premium location came a premium price that would have been worth every penny had the food been the same standard as the staff, the location, and the view. From the set menu options, my wife and I had: Mussels - very good Fried Calamari - very good Truffle fries - average Pumpkin ravioli - average Rib steak - below average - $20 premium for this option Creme brulee - below average - custard was too dense Apple tartin - poor - crust was soggy 3 drinks Tax and tip $300 CDN
