Located on the 33rd floor, The Watermark's elegant, contemporary ambiance is reminiscent of the majestic Niagara Falls itself. Our menu is inspired by both local and regional producers from fine crafted Niagara regional wines to prosciutto from a Niagara Falls local artisan. Tim O'Donnell, our Executive Chef, uses fresh seasonal ingredients that transpire into creative dishes.

Our new fixed-price menu allows you to customize your dining experience. Choose either a three-course or five-course option and you decide which courses you want. Prices are based on the number of courses you order.

Wonderful way to spend the 4th of July or any meal to see Niagara Falls. Food was hit or miss but the maple salmon was a huge hit! Melissa was the nicest server and so helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for a good value!

We had the date night dinner for the 4th of july, overall was good, we had cesar salad and calamary, the salad was fresh but the calamary was chewy and a little bit hard, we have had calamary by the coast and you can dedinetly taste the difference. DESSERTS the best part I mean it! The mousse was delighful, cremy and they really uaed good chocolate there, the strawberry sauce was a very unexpected addon and it was amazing the panna cota was also delicious! Of course the view is impressive.

The view and the fireworks were amazing. The view alone was spectacular, and the fireworks added a bit more. It was Independence Day so they lasted longer than usual. The restaurant was busy and the crowd was loud but not too loud. We enjoyed the appetizers, we opted for a price fixe menu and traded a dessert for one extra appetizer. The salad was unique and delicious. My wife had the lamb chops which was awesome. I had a tenderloin and I really enjoyed it, but I asked for medium and it really was medium well. So, not a big deal but even so, it was juicy and flavorful. We really enjoyed everything.

Fantastic quality food, beautifully presented, in a lovely atmosphere, a violinist playing contemporary songs, and all with stunning views of Niagara Falls. Good choice of local wines and excellent service. I would strongly recommend for a special meal out as certainly not cheap, but well worth the expense.

Very good overall. Was seated next to wjndow, they had live piano player, and it was not too busy. Great service.

Excellent value. Awesome rib eye and pork chop and big portions. Awesome view of falls and fireworks. Drinks are decent. Better value than revolving Skylon restaurant.

Incredibly beautiful restaurant and view. Very high quality food. Violin music (live) was wonderful. Great service. Just be prepared to spend the minimum $80/person with added cost for steak. The entire experience was exceptional and certainly once in a lifetime!
