We had a fabulous experience and look forward to coming back soon. It all started with Dana at the bar as we had drinks with her while we awaited our guests. She was outstanding and made some great food recommendations. We then ate in the dining room which had a great view and our server was just as good. Our apps and entrees were delicious. Really a great meal, service and wine at a very good price. Can not wait to come back

Food and presentation were excellent. Fresh tasting, beautiful color. Beet salad was delicious. Waiter appeared disinterested; our salad plates were not cleared when our dinner arrived so we moved them aside! They were only cleared after dessert was served. My dining companion’s questions regarding the Cornish hen item were answered abruptly with an air of indignation. The folks at the next table noticed it and commented!

great beet salad but the size of it wasn't worth the $11 - there might have been 6 greens on my plate and it's called a beet salad but I had 4 small chunks of yellow beet which I actually had to look for. beets and burrata were great though. salmon good.

Chelsea was awesome! Everyone loved their food, clean plates. Having been a bartender for many years, I'm a little snobbish on my martinis and yours was... ok (mine are better). The noise level was high, can't imagine a larger group and trying to hear everyone, but it wasn't terrible. Enough that we commented on it on the way home. One last thing, the wine chiller brought to the table wasn't cold or even cool. I poured several ice water glasses into it to keep the wine cool. Overall an A for the night.

On the weekends, Waterman Grill offers a limited brunch menu with perhaps a dozen entrees to choose from. We selected: * Red Bridge Omelet - $16.00 * Smoked Salmon Benedict - $18.00 * Eggs Benedict - $16.00 Both diners really enjoyed their Red Bridge Omelet's, one commented it was delicious. However, the eggs benedict entrees were met with negative reviews. One diner commented the English muffin was very tough, and could not be cut with the knife provided. My eggs were overcooked, the yolks were not runny, they were almost solid. Let's face it, Eggs Benedict aren't tasty if the yolk isn't runny. We were a party of four, so I was reticent to interrupt the meal by requesting a replacement. I also thought my entree was very salty. There was a choice of greens (lettuce) or potato for sides. We tried both, the greens were okay, just some lettuce and dressing. The potatoes were quite tasty. Our waitress was excellent (note that it took the food quite a while to appear but the waitress stopped by numerous time during the wait). The venue is pleasant, with outside seating adjacent to a river. We would return to this restaurant, but I would be unlikely to order the Eggs Benedict.

We were a group of 7. Great ambience and great food. The only down side was it was a little noisy for a larger group to be able to talk and hear everyone in your party. This wouldn’t put me off going there again.

We had a great dinner! The Island Hopper drink is a must have! We ordered a bottle of Ken Wright Pinot Noir and they didn't look at us like we were crazy when we asked for it to be chilled. The sirloin steak had a little too much fat on it for my liking - but it was cooked perfectly and my sisters French onion burger and fries were great too. Dessert was the best - cheesecake with vanilla chantilly cream and a pistachio hot fudge sundae - perfect end to dinner.

My wife and I have been to the Waterman Grill several times and have not been disappointed. It is not the least expensive restaurant but well worth the cost. Food is delicious and staff is very friendly and attentive. We will be back again for sure.
