Sous la direction du chef cuisinier et sommelier Mark Filatow, le Waterfront Wines a développé un menu frais en constante évolution qui reflète tout ce que la région de l'Okanagan peut offrir.

Ce petit restaurant et bar à vins peut servir 50 couverts. Entrant dans sa 11ème année d'existence, il a bâti sa réputation sur les créations de Mark Filatow, un chef sommelier passionné qui a repoussé les limites de son art à travers de nouveaux mariages de saveurs et des sélections de vin exclusives.

Le menu repose sur un mélange d'éléments de style tapas et de plats principaux, avec l'objectif d'offrir la plus grande variété de saveurs possible et imaginable.

We had a great supper experience again. This restaurant is always our go to restaurant in Kelowna for exceptional food and service. It’s best to get a table on the outdoor patio if you can. My wife & I shared the Foie Gras, scallop special for appetizers & the steelhead trout with shrimp. Everything was delicious. Had the apple tart for dessert. Totally recommend this restaurant. Cheers

Consistently one of the top restaurants in the Okanagan. From the friendliness of the staff to the presentation and quality of each dish and thoughtfully chosen wine selection, Chef Mark has got it together. This restaurant has never disappointed and continues to get better each time I’m there.

From the minute we arrived we felt so welcome and comfortable!!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just wonderful!!! Our dinners were exceptional in flavor and presentation!!! Start to finish the four of us had a fabulous experience and when in the area we will definitely return. We highly recommend this restaurant to any foodie!!!! Thanks for a fantastic evening ❤️

Best in class service, amazing commitment to local farms and ingredients, thoughtful and original local wine list. Love the service from Chef Mark, Sharleen and the team. Always a treat at Waterfront Wines.

Exceptionnal quality of food.Original présentation of plates. Very very talented chef. Reasonable pricing for the quality. A must in Kelowna.
