Sous la direction du chef cuisinier et sommelier Mark Filatow, le Waterfront Wines a développé un menu frais en constante évolution qui reflète tout ce que la région de l'Okanagan peut offrir.

Ce petit restaurant et bar à vins peut servir 50 couverts. Entrant dans sa 11ème année d'existence, il a bâti sa réputation sur les créations de Mark Filatow, un chef sommelier passionné qui a repoussé les limites de son art à travers de nouveaux mariages de saveurs et des sélections de vin exclusives.

Le menu repose sur un mélange d'éléments de style tapas et de plats principaux, avec l'objectif d'offrir la plus grande variété de saveurs possible et imaginable.

I manage a wine program in the states that offers similar style cuisine. I have worked in the industry approaching 30 years. I have eaten at Michelin restaurants and those operated by celebrity chefs. I would like to state that my experience was as good or better than any dinning experience I have had before. The service was friendly and anticipatory. The food was well executed and tasty. The plating was exemplary and inviting. The Chef is at apex of his craft and the care he has in food is clearly evident. Thank you for the most memorable meal!

Many restaurants claim that they can adapt to any allergy, but then fai when it comes to my wife's onion allergy. Waterfront Wines came through in spades for a relatively rare excellent dining experience without frustration. The potted Foie Gras was its usual buttery indulgence. The Humbolt squid was tender and the crust just barely there in a textural contrast. The housemade garganelli pasta was perfect. My wife loved her steak with mushrooms, and the duck breast was sublime, perfectly cooked and so tender, with the fat cap reduced so that the skin was lovely and crisp. Great wine selections, and an amazing cheese list, but we had to pass on the dessert or cheese. We will definitely be back soon!

Exceeded expectations in terms of food and service. Like the menu having 5 or 6 items for each course to make it easier to decide. There is something for everyone as well.
