To be honest, I was quite disappointed. As the #1 steakhouse in Fairfield County and top in the state, the atmosphere was not high end feeling at all. I specified we were coming for our anniversary; we were seated next to the service area where all the plates needed to reset a table were. We decided to share the 22 oz ribeye, medium rare. It came raw, and we had to send it back. The $15 loaded baked potato was good but seriously, $15? It wasn't a huge potato. This was a pricey meal that wasn't a special experience and we likely will not return.

Incredibly slow service. Took over 90 minutes to get our meals. Saw little of the server in the meantime. Food ok, not great.

Great food and service. We love the energetic atmosphere with very friendly service. The food is excellent quality all around with a menu that offers something for everyone! One of the best burgers around! Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing as ALWAYS!! We decided to celebrate our 24th anniversary here because our experience has always been immaculate. From the moment you open the door and get a very welcoming greeting to when you finish your meal you will receive an attentive team wanting to ensure you enjoy your evening. We had every course and have no regrets. It was a memorable evening!

We have been to Washington prime several times for special occasions and always had a good experience. This was a birthday with another couple and it was quite a disappointment this time. It started with the waiter who seemed surly, bothered by questions we asked, and generally unattentive as the evening went on. We started with drinks and also ordered an appetizer. Half an hour later, the appetizer had not arrived and when someone in our party ordered another drink, we made sure to inquire about the app and specifically asked to please don’t bring it with the rest of the food. 10 minutes later, the appetizer arrived with our salads. Exactly what we didn’t want to have happen. 10 minutes after that the main course arrived before we were finished so the evening began to feel a little rushed. My order was described in the menu as a Thai dish similar to paella and when it arrived it was a bowl full of clams and muscles still in the shell, a few pieces of a whitefish in a very skimpy broth in the bottom of the bowl which had a vague thai flavor but actually more like just a chicken broth. The dish was $45, not filling at all as I expected more of a stew or at least rice in the bottom. My husband‘s fillet at $62 was very small with the sauce that none of us could figure out exactly. The drinks were fine as were the desserts but in general, the service was horrible which kind of spoiled the entire evening. The bill for four of us was almost $600 and at that price point, the evening was a huge disappointment. We won’t be going back. Fine dining restaurants are plentiful in our area and as this is one of the most expensive, there are numerous better choices.

Food is excellent and the service is the absolute best. Both the m'aitre d and server were exemplary! Couldn't ask for a better evening.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Washington Prime and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was exceptional. Each dish was well-prepared and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's attention to detail and commitment to quality. The service was equally impressive. My server, Julian, was phenomenal. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations that enhanced our meal. Her friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend Washington Prime for anyone looking for a great dining experience. I look forward to returning.

A great find not being from Connecticut! Waiter couldn’t have been nice . Shared a porterhouse .was delicious but over cooked . Not one to send food back .
