Propriété d'un habitant, le Von's Steakhouse & Oyster Bar sert fièrement du bœuf et des fruits de mer de qualité optimale à Edmonton depuis 1988.

Le restaurant est doté d'une salle à manger premium, de 3 à salles à manger privées, d'un salon décontracté premium avec briques apparentes, un bar de 9 mètres de long de style new-yorkais et un bar à huîtres. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Du lundi au vendredi, l'happy hour est servi de 16h30 à 18h30. Le menu complet est disponible dans le restaurant et au bar à huîtres, qui propose généralement 15 variétés d'huîtres écaillées en face de vous par les chefs du bar. Dégustez également l'un des 30 vins au verre de la carte mettant en valeur des vins de la côte du Pacifique et du Canada.

Les réservations sont recommandées mais ne sont pas obligatoires. L'établissement aime les visites spontanées. Le salon, la terrasse et le bar à huîtres sont accessibles par ordre d'arrivée, sauf exception.

Ordered 24 oysters and it still wasn’t enough! High quality fresh oysters make Von’s worth it, never mind the incredible quality of the Ribeye. Cannot say we ought about this place! Cheers Don.

The server was very inexperienced and couldn’t recommend anything. They served the wrong drink and served old wine that tasted terrible. The steak was overcooked and marked as well done even though it was requested to be medium. And once it came back a second time was also well done. The seating is very uncomfortable. One side a bench and the other a stool??! No back so completely awkward. Very embarrassing to host a group that has not been to Edmonton before. Highly do not recommend.

We arrived late on a Thursday evening and it was pretty quiet - perfect for good conversation without having to yell across the table. Sanjay took excellent care of us, recommended delicious oysters, and provided a great, entraining atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Great ambience and delicious food. More on the expensive side, but it was great for a fancy dinner out. Wine selection was limited, but lots of cocktails. Our server Sanjay was fantastic - very attentive and professional. We were seated near the back door, and it was quite cold, but they brought a heater in, which was great. Overall would recommend!

We had such a lovely experience here. Food was remarkable. We were here for my husbands birthday, and we were not rushed at all. Highly Recommend Vons for a delightful experience

My husband and I had a great date night that included a wonderful dinner at Von’s Steakhouse & Oyster Bar. The service was awesome and we will definitely be going back.

Took my mother-in-law for her birthday with a party of 7 of us and everyone’s meal was absolutely amazing. 5 steaks were ordered and all done perfectly !! Service was excellent as the waiter made sure we were all completely satisfied. We have gone to Von’s 2 in the last month and it has been the best experience we have had in a long time. Highly recommend
