From loving the pizza in this place to this was my last visit here :(. First, we were squished in the back of the restaurant , and the waitress didn't turn up for 20 mins. I thought .. the place stays busy on Friday night, must be doing good still. The server came in a rush ... didn't even have time to take our full order and rushed to another table. Didn't even bother offering desserts. There were out of Pinot Grigio and bread on a Friday night at 8pm?? For god's sake, you are in the wine country with a 100 tasting rooms at a stone's throw!! Most disappointing was the pizza - underbaked, soggy and tasteless. This place used to be in my top 10 pizza list in the Seattle area and I took some friends especially there. So sad to see this place go from knowing how to make great pizza to they have no clue what they are doing. Hope some knowledgeable owner save the place!!

Prices were on par with an upscale Italian restaurant. However the service, ambiance nor food equated to the price. The staff was friendly but scattered and didn’t check back to see if we liked the food or needed any further service. The food was okay but not authentic. Cesar salad was tossed with a watered down dressing mixed into a chop-chop style salad. We sent it back and substituted for a caprese salad which was amazing. However the spaghetti sauce was very sweet and alfedo sauce was not made from scratch with authentic ingredients. I’m from an Italian family and found myself disappointed. The pizza I ordered was tasty but severely lacked salt.

It was very hot inside the restaurant and we asked if we could sit outside. We were told “No, we can’t seat you outside. There were plenty of tables outside that were not being used, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t seat us outside. There were not very many people in the restaurant either, so I am not sure why the server was not very attentive. The helpers were awesome, but our server was not good. The food was ok, but overall, we didn’t have a good experience. We will not be going back there.

Outstanding food with guests from Germany. The waiter even changed the sauce on the Gnocchi when our visitors felt the dish was too spicy. The restaurant slowed our party to linger after the meal was over.

Horrible experience ever had. The waitress stopped me from bringing my own thermos bottle, stated by law I can’t bring any bottle of uncleared liquid into restaurant. Then when I seated down to ask a cup of hot water since I can’t have mine in my thermos, she said that hot water in WA is very expensive, if I ordered a cup of tea, then she can bring the hot water to me. That’s very unreasonable demand and rude service I have ever experienced my 24 years living in WA, which I have never refused by anyone like that. I will never come back again.

The main courses (Pasta Carnonara and Gnocchi) were pretty good. We shared a wedge salad and it was ok. Wait staff service was very poor. We had a reservation and the Host(s) were nice and we were seated promptly. Bus person brought us water and bread, including oil and vinegar. That is where the service ended for the remainder of the night. Waitress came by and asked what we wanted to order, before we were greeted or even got a menu. Then she dropped food menu and asked if we wanted a glass of wine or drink, but we weren't given the wine list. (never got one) Looked it up on their website, when she came back we ordered wine, a salad to share and entrees. She brought the glass of wine and we did not see the waitress after than for 30 minutes. Host brought out all the food which came out at one time (salad and entrees). Asked if we wanted parmesan for the pasta and we said yes. Waited for 10 minutes and it never came. Had to go to the host station to ask for it. Waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more wine or how things were. Never came to bring us our check either. We had to go inside and ask for it. Then she came out, never showed us a receipt and asked for the credit card to pay on the machine. Then she sat and watched the screen as we entered the tip. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Don't miss this restaurant! Do make a reservation. Ambiance is Terrific and Food is Scrumptious. My husband and I have been here several times, and we brought a friend to celebrate her birthday, and she also loved this restaurant and plans to return! She had the Cannelloni, my husband had the Pollo Parmigiano, and I had the Pollo Piccata. Our wonderful server Pamela was so friendly and had outstanding service! She really made our friend's 85th birthday so incredibly special! Thank you to her! Also, Kudos to the kitchen team for cooking three delicious meals! We had a wonderful and fun dining experience! Food was delicious and the service attentive! My husband and I shared the meatball appetizer. The meatballs were flavorful and the sauce complemented the meatballs perfectly. For the main course we each had an order of Fettuccine di Mare in a white wine, garlic sauce. Fettuccine was cooked perfectly, the amount of seafood was generous and the sauce was delicous! The bread was light, delicious and great to soak up the sauce from the meatballs and seafood. Pamela, the server, was delightful as always!

Fun atmosphere, excellent service and food. Little pricey but so is every other place and this is alot of fun. Great pizza. Try Limoncello Flute for dessert - amazing!! Love outside seating.
