Located within an intimate space found in the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, Moody Tongue Sushi presents an exclusive 15 course omakase experience highlighting a hyper-seasonal, elevated sushi menu from Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri alongside a curated beer pairing from MICHELIN-starred Moody Tongue Brewery's acclaimed brewmaster Jared Rouben. A curated menu of spirits, wines and cocktails is available as well.The 15 course omakase menu is currently $145 per guest and the curated beer pairing is $75 per guest.
