Grillade•WallingfordJoule, le premier restaurant du célèbre couple de cuisiniers Rachel Yang et Seif Chirchi, a déménagé en octobre 2012 pour s'installer au sein de l'espace novateur et flambant neuf du Fremont Collective, dans le quartier de Wallingford/Fremont, à Seattle. Inauguré en 2007, le Joule s'est constitué une base de clients fidèles et a attiré l'attention des médias locaux et nationaux grâce à la vision moderne et unique du couple de la cuisine coréenne. Le Joule est le restaurant de la maturité pour Rachel Yang et Seif Chirchi, qui mettent en avant l'amour de la Corée pour le bœuf avec des morceaux originaux accompagnés de garnitures typiques à partager. Les réservations sont acceptées pour un repas d'une durée de 2 heures. MariPili is named for chef's aunt and the bar and walls are adorned with Galician art and keepsakes. Estrella Galicia is served on tap and there are a wide variety of tapas options like the pan seared lingcod 'Bacallau a Mariñera' and Spanish classic 'Croquettas de Jamon' as well as our seasonal tasting menu Tapear Tapearei which includes many bite sized courses reflecting a more traditional tapas experience. Honoring the chef's blended heritage, the wine list features a selection from Spain and Washington exclusively.
