Villa Verone has been a favorite of ours for years! Having lived in Italy for 12 years I can attest it doesn't get more authentic than Villa Verone. The owner Pietro is the best, always taking care of everyone with a passion and care you can't find anywhere else. It's not just amazing food, wine and cocktails, it's an experience where you truly feel like you are on vacation in Italy.

Service was great. Could tell our server practiced the specials and had some knowledge behind them. Appetizer was okay. Typical calamari. Environment was great too. Valentines day dinner and not too packed since we had a reservation. I had the lobster stuffed ravioli. My girlfriend had the fillet medallions. Ravioli, excellent. It was paired with shrimp. The medallions were not good. She ordered it medium, was too chewy and stringy and not much flavor behind it. Cheesecake was excellent. Receieved the bill and was charged $10 for cheese grated on my ravioli and her medallions haha did not expect that one. We just laughed it off. Overall bill was close to $200 with appetizer, glass of wine, entree, dessert for 2. Value for what we received was a little pricier than we expected. Would repeat for the pasta options and wine selection.

Everything was great. The food was good. The service was good. The only thing I didn’t like is I would not want to be seated upstairs because I had a broken arm and the lady where you check in told me you need to call instead of putting a note here on OpenTable so they couldn’t help me with sitting downstairs. I had to go upstairs so if you have someone in a wheelchair, your best call or you cannot eat there.

Wonderful food, great service. Warm inviting restaurant. Would have loved a candle, (even battery) on table for increased romantic ambiance for Valentine's Day:)
