Wonderful atmosphere to spend an evening. The Pear and Gorgonzola pizza is my favorite pizza in the world. The service is always exceptional. We are so lucky to have this charming restaurant in downtown Middleton. The desserts are also very special.

A Culinary Delight at Villa Dolce! From the moment we walked into Villa Dolce it was clear that this would be a dining experience to remember. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and a cozy, yet modern ambiance that set the perfect tone for an evening out. The service was impeccable. Our server, Bella, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. She made fantastic recommendations from the menu, each one more tempting than the last. Now, the food—wow! Every dish we tried was a masterpiece. The shrimp scampi was a standout, bursting with flavors that danced on the palate. The Farfalle was equally impressive, with a perfect balance of textures and tastes that left us wanting more. It’s clear that the chefs here put a lot of thought and care into every ingredient and presentation. To top it all off, the dessert—Black Cherry Tiramisu—was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. Light, sweet, and just the right amount of indulgence. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience that combines exceptional food with outstanding service, look no further than Villa Dolce. We will definitely be returning soon!

The food is so tasty and the staff so friendly, the restaurant has the warm of a home kitchen it permeates into everything. We moved away and never miss an opportunity to go back.

Our server needs more training. The appetizer was served alongside the 2 entrees. The seafood platter was very good and the wild mushroom ravioli was also very good. We told our server we would like serving spoons in order to be able to serve/share the entrees. Finally a spoon arrived. The 2 desserts we ordered were underwhelming. The tiramisu was ok and the berry cake was just ok. For the price, the desserts lacked the quality we expected. We asked for a box to take home the beet salad we didn’t finish. The box arrived and once again no spoon was offered to put the salad in it the box. My review would have received higher marks if the service was better. With training and coaching perhaps the service will improve.
