VietVillage specializes in Vietnamese cuisine with a European influence. This modern take on ethnic dishes has inspired the creation of fresh recipes using a variety of herbs and spices. Bowl besteht nur aus günstigen Nudeln, Kräuter und Gemüse in homöopathischer Dosis, auf Nachfrage dann die Zutaten, wie Soße, Kräuter, Erdnüsse und Schärfe Sauce bekommen. Die einzig nette Bedienung rät ab von der bowl, empfiehlt Ente, die ich dann im Austausch genommen habe. Ente war total trocken und totgekocht, die Austernpilze waren ungefähr zwei hauchdünne Streifen. Ich habe nochmal reklamiert und die Bedienung war ebenfalls entsetzt und wollte das Gericht auch austauschen, was ich dem netten Kellner aber nicht mehr zumuten wollte. Kein authentisch asiatischer Geschmack und an den wertigen Zutaten wird gespart, daher stimmt Preis Leistung leider nicht mehr. Wir waren früher oft da und immer zufrieden. Leider werden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, wirklich. Aber der Service war nicht so schön. Wir wurden bei Fragen und Wünschen mit einem sehr schnellen "ja, ja" abgefertigt, dann kam das falsche Gericht an den Tisch und es musste nochmal gewartet werden. Kein Lächeln von den Service Kräften, man fühlte sich als Person nicht wirklich wahrgenommen.

Sehr gutes vietnamesisches Essen, nahezu jedes Gericht beinhaltet eine tolle Geschmacksvielfalt, bis jetzt habe ich noch nie etwas langweiliges (was man beim Standard-Asiaten so bekommt) aufgetischt bekommen. Sehr zuvorkommender Service, kurzentschlossene Besucher bekommen auch um 22:00 Uhr noch (nahezu) die komplette Karte angeboten - und das, obwohl nur noch ein Pärchen beim letzten Schluck Wein im Restaurant sitzt. Einfach gastfreundlich mit absolut exzellenten Gerichten, angefangen beim Aperitiv über die Vorspeise bis hin zur Nachspeise. Danke.
