Tasting menu from a multi James Beard nominated restaurant; Our menu format is market driven "chef's choice" multi course tasting.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.

Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

Note: please allocate minimum of two hours for dining. Menu modification due to food allergy may be accommodated with notice in advance (at least 48 hours) when possible, but not guaranteed. We are a small kitchen with shared equipments.

Vestige was perfection and tops my list of culinary experiences. I’ve dined at a James Beard winning restaurant and found it somewhat disappointing. This did NOT disappoint. Every course was so deliciously memorable. I can’t wait to revisit. The price point may seem high until you actually experience it and realize the value and it would be much higher elsewhere. The bites may also seem small but you leave shockingly full and satisfied in every way. It is beautiful from food presentation to the table settings to the service to the house. Even the live plants in the bathrooms would have to be moved in there daily before the service which may seem silly to note but it’s just another mark of the attention to every beautiful detail. I hope we have Vestige here for the next 20 years!

This was mine and my husband’s first experience at Vestige, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The atmosphere was intimate, wait staff were so kind and knowledgeable, drinks were great, and the food….. phenomenal! Our waiter, though I don't remember his name, was so nice and great at explaining each dish. We enjoyed every course! Setting a reservation was super easy, and we were even able to be seated 10-15 minutes prior to our reserved time. Halfway through our experience, we were already discussing when our next visit will be. Thank you to all of Vestige for the outstanding experience!

Food was absolutely stunning. Went for the wine pairing as well which was a great decision. Each course was thoughtfully paired and the wines complemented each dish beautifully. Service was outstanding. Mike and Angie were top notch. One of the best meals I've had in years and will definitely be back next time I find myself in the area.

Absolutely wonderful. Everything is a taste bomb and artfully plated. The wine and drink list is carefully curated and pleasantly different than your usual offerings. I eat here often and this by far is the best restaurant in the area

Fantastic! We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary, and we booked a room at the Hemingway and made our way to Vestige to celebrate. We were not disappointed. Mike and Angie took excellent care of us. They are quite knowledgeable, not only about each creatively crafted dish, but also about the unique spices and ingredients and how they play a different role in separate dishes. The wine list was surprisingly accessible. We tried an Albarino, which was perfect. This is a great place to celebrate and have an unforgettable meal.

The entire experience at Vestige was impeccable. It’s definitely pricey but worth it. We highly recommend the experience.
