Tasting menu from a multi James Beard nominated restaurant. Our menu format is ever-changing "chef's choice" multi course tasting menu. Please call for reservation and menu inquiries (228) 818-9699.

Vestige is located in the heart of beautiful and historic downtown Ocean Springs, MS. Owner chefs Alex Perry and Kumi Omori were nominated as finalists in 2023 James Beard Foundation's finalist in Best Chef South category.

Join us in our culinary adventure; it is where the Coastal Mississippi meets Japan. We hope you enjoy our experiments inspired by seasonal inspirations, preservation efforts, and just what we feel like cooking each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, do drop by and let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

Note: please allocate minimum of two hours for dining. Menu modification due to food allergy may be accommodated with notice in advance (at least 48 hours) when possible.

Dinner was phenomenal. My gluten-free accommodation was amazing. Often times, I give up something, but not at Vestige. Each course was both beautiful and beyond flavorful. How fortunate to have such an amazing restaurant in MS.

The food was absolutely amazing! I have never had such a wonderful experience with food. The infusions, the flavors, the tastes were not comparable to anything I have ever tried before. I will definitely go there again!

It’s difficult to overstate how incredible Vestige is. The food is inventive, delicious and artistic. The service is impeccable. We are really lucky to have them in OS.

We drove all the way from Slidell LA to eat here and the drive was not a waste! From the amuse bouche to the luscious dessert, each course was an experience served by knowledgable and lovely staff. Tucked along Washington Ave in Ocean Springs this quaint home turned 10 table restaurant has earned its James Beard nomination! Menu is Prix Fixe and cocktails are delicious!! We can't wait for the fall menu! Thank you for an amazing evening!

A once in a life time experience. The food is delicious, but of course the portions are very small . Loved the grapefruit cocktail and the bread course. The servers were awesome!

Vestige knocked out socks off; flawless service, delicious, creative food. Their attention to every detail is second to none. For example, the lengths they went to in order to accommodate by gluten allergy. I got a GF bread course! This place is a gem.

Food was absolutely delicious!! We joked that their tiny food had gigantic flavors! Seriously, while it is a 5 course tasting menu and portions are not large, it was absolutely the perfect amount of food. The sweet corn soup, red snapper and wagyu steak all were incredible.

An amazing experience. The environment was warm and welcoming. The timing between courses was perfect and allowed time for me and my family to converse. Our servers were attentive and their explanations of the courses were great. Each course was a mini work of art. The taste was phenomenal! It was hard to pick a favorite. We are fortunate to have this gem on the coast. We will return!
