From the drinks and appetizers to the final dessert, every part of this meal was perfection. The service was impeccable—timed just right so we could enjoy our conversation without ever feeling neglected. Worth every penny!

First time visiting this fabulous restaurant and will definitely return. The food was absolutely delicious, the he flavours were so amazing. The atmosphere was great as well as the service was outstanding.

The starters (arancini & artichokes) were excellent. The sweet potato gnocchi was fabulous. The lobster tail and pasta dish was disappointing. Pasta was slimy and tasteless and the lobster tail didn’t really taste of lobster/seafood at all. Our waiter was excellent and really helped. The Sardinian white wine was fine. Shame there wasn’t more Canadian wine on the list.

Distingtiv, innovative, creativ meals. Non-standard meals compared to many other Restaurants. Small Restaurant wirh kind of private athmosphere.

Vero Bistro knocked it out of the park once again! It's always such a treat to dine here. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable, our server suggested that we try the meat platter for two, so we did and it definitely didn't disappoint! It starts off with an octopus salad that is unlike anything I've had before, it's tender and fresh, and that buratta...amazing! It's then followed by a platter full of tender juicy meat, amatriciana pasta and parmesan truffle frites. The tenderloin was perfectly cooked, and let me tell you, the best part of that platter for me was the berkshire pork chop! It's so tender and full of flavour, breaded and served with house made lemon aioli. Chef Jenny crafts her food like no other, everything is fresh and has its own unique taste, she serves very generous portions so come hungry! If there is any room after all of the wonderful meat feast, order the lemon ricotta cheesecake, it's a perfect ending to a wonderful meal! Thank you to Chef Jenny and all the staff for another wonderful dining experience! We will be back!

It was our first time here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The small, intimate space for dining was so welcome, which allowed for everyone at their tables to talk without having to speak loud to be heard. And the FOOD!!! OMG, we haven't had a seafood platter that tasted better. Everything was cooked well, flavored beautifully, and my mouth was watering before we could even begin eating. We will definitely be coming back :D

Food was amazing - surf n turf & the arancini were delicious! The only thing that killed our experience was the service. The server with the glasses and the Karen haircut seemed like she was on edge the whole time she was serving us. She asked what we were celebrating today and I mentioned that it was my birthday, but did not bother to make it feel special at all. It was so odd too because I thought that’s just how she was but then I saw how she treated the other table and it was like night and day… and towards the end when we were paying, she just left the machine and didn’t even bother saying goodbye or thank you… I was pretty sad as I don’t know why she was acting like that towards us, but nevertheless we would still come back for the food and hopefully we’ll have a better experience next time :(

Great experience. We did the ‘ surf and turf’ special platter for 2 where we got a great variety of great tasting food and generous portions. Service was good, it was later in the evening so ended up having multiple people tend to our needs. Not a problem. . The wine list is extensive but lacks selection on bottles in the $60-80 range.
