Terminez votre repas avec une banane frite accompagnée d'une crème glacée au cookie à l'avoine faite maison. Ce nouveau restaurant de style américain peut facilement accueillir 150 personnes dans son bar, sa salle à manger et sa terrasse ouverte toute l'année, qui a été ajoutée au bâtiment. Vous aurez en outre la possibilité d'admirer le spectaculaire mur d'eau en ardoise de 6 mètres de haut. L'espace est entouré de portes vitrées sinueuses qui se rétractent afin de vous permettre de souper dehors. This was our first experience at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was good up until we finished our dinner. We had to wait a little for our food to clear and get our check but that was due to a very large party that was settling up their bill and asked for individual checks. We enjoyed sitting in the open air part of the restaurant and will definitely be returning.

Food was delicious and atmosphere made for a great anniversary meal. Service was a little slow later in the evening. Sitting towards the front, we also had to deal with a lot of flies from the open air spaces, which was unexpected and a little gross by the end of the meal. Note: parking nearby is also a challenge so be sure to leave a little early to accommodate for that time before your reservation.

First time visiting this restaurant and it was a great experience. Loved the live music and overall ambiance. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The gulf shrimp and grits were delicious (it's a house favorite). The slow braised lamb shank was cooked to perfection and had great taste. We had the fried calamari as an appetizer, and it was scrumptious as well. Definitely will make another visit to experience some other dishes from the menu.

We started with the fried calamari. It was cooked perfectly tender and lightly seasoned. My entrée was the shrimp and grits. Some of the best grits- soft and creamy topped with delicious grilled shrimp and a rich gravy. Everything was delicious. The service was so friendly and attentive.

the bourbon-glazed salmon was perfectly cooked and the perfect balance with the grits--absolutely delicious! The Cesare salad was good, higher quality white sardines would have improved, but otherwise it was very good. had consistent mix-up on beverages (lime served instead of the requested lemon). Otherwise, a perfectly charming neighborhood restaurant that I would gladly return. I do recommend that you allow an extra 15 minutes to find a parking location, prior to your reservation.

Sat at the bar and ordered a drink; great selection of bourbons. Only complaint I have was no large format ice cubes, so all in all not very much to complain about. I have a nut allergy to all nuts and nut derivatives which the Bar Tender took very seriously and conveyed to the kitchen. I had a chef reiterate to me the attention to the allergy that the kitchen takes. Definitely reassuring. Tough choices with elk (special), the braised lamb shank or the bourbon pork chop. I went with the pork chop, and if this is not the house signature dish it should be. Outstanding. done to perfection with great accompaniments. Definitely recommend as a "must dine at" when in Louisville KY.
