I highly recommend the tasting menu and can’t imagine how anyone could choose that without doing the wine pairings too!! There were three of us so we had 15 different dishes and 15 different wines. We decided to share everything and it was amazing. The serving staff was very attentive and even provided a menu so we could write the wine pairings down on the menu next to the dishes served.

Food was delicious and our service was prompt and friendly. It’s a very trendy and high energy place and just a bit too noisy. The only negative of the evening - I observed a terse exchange between the host and a young man bussing tables. I could see that the young man was embarrassed by the exchange and I felt uncomfortable for him. Negative feedback is best delivered privately.

Great food and service at a very affordable cost. Our waiter was excellent and very attentive. His recommendation for the wine and special course was spot on. All in all a very enjoyable experience. We will be returning soon.

We went to Valette to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. When we arrived, they had a nice table waiting for us and we were given a card that wished us a Happy Anniversary. The menu said Happy Anniversary as well. The wait staff were fabulous. The owner came by our table to wish us a Happy Anniversary and to chat with us about the history of the restaurant. The resturant made us feel very welcomed. We shared Herloom Tomatoes and Buratta, I had the Pasta with Lobster (one of the specials), and my husband had the Liberty Farms Duck Duo. The food was fantastic. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Everything was absolutely perfect, including the drinks and wine. We will remember this night for a long time.

This has become one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area and north to Healdsburg! Top notch food in a beautiful space with a diverse menu that offers some of the most I retesting mixes of flavors I have ever enjoyed. We had the tasting menu in which we selected five items from the menu. Each course was outstanding! The cheese, meat, sauces starter was wonderful, followed by the most original presentation of scollops I’ve EVER seen. But most important, the flavors were amazing. Next was the squash entrée and cod dishes. Wow! So delicious and full of rich flavors that complimented our Chardonnay. The desserts were so good but not totally enjoyed because we were very full and hardly able to enjoy all the chocolate, peanut butter, cake and sauces. Yes, too much food but so good we could not put our forks down. What a great experience on so many levels! Recommend wot no hesitation!

The food was pretty good except for the cod which my wife did not like. As far as the service goes, everything was great until the end of the night. We had an 8:45 PM reservation, which was all we could get and as we were finishing up, they were already putting tables on chairs, which was a little tacky. Our server was great And gave us good options to recommend. We also did not get one of our requested appetizers which we didn’t even say anything about because by the time we were done as I said, they were already trying to get us out of there.

The Trust Me menu option is worth the cost! 5 courses and the ability to savor several selections from the menu, including some surprises! Best scallops, duck, and mussels with chiriso!! All Excellent choices for next time!Bob and Dustin are always so welcoming!

The food and service were of the chart outstanding! Issac took tremendous care of us and made fabulous food and drink recommendations. The entire staff worked together seamlessly to truly make our dining experience a very memorable event, even while the dining room was filled to capacity. We thoroughly enjoyed cocktails and pours fine tuned to order, the scallop and burrata starters, cod and beef entrees, the recommended wine and deserts. We shall return. Bravo Vallette!
