Ulele (prononcé you-lay-lee) célèbre la fusion dynamique des ingrédients des eaux la Floride, terre de nombreux Américains autochtones à une époque, y compris le légendaire jeune princesse Ulele.

Situé sur la rivière Hillsborough à Tampa Heights, à 365 mètres du Centre Straz pour les arts de la scène. Salle de front de mer intérieure et extérieure. Déjeuner et dîner tous les jours. Fermé pour le jour de l'action de grâce et Noël.

Ulele est situé dans le charmant bâtiment Tampa Heights Water Works ré-imaginées 1903, qui comprend également son Ulele Spring Brewery pour fournir un certain nombre de bières artisanales en fut. Juste à côté de Water Works Park.

The service was good however the food did not compliment the service. The mahi and scallop crudo was flavorless. The alligator tail was delicious. The chili was good however it came with 3 nachos which wasn’t enough. The Mac and cheese was good as well. The short rib was good. The food was good but it was nothing crazy and I’m sure it could be better.

Oysters with garlic and cheese are out of this world, but have gone up in price quite a bit (probably low season). You cannot go to Ulele without trying this. They have revamped their menu and now it’s hard to decide. I had the seafood risotto and it was great. Each time I’m in Tampa, I try to stop in to Ulele. So happy I went!

Wonderful time as always. Highly recommend the Mocktails. Wish they had more options to pick pick from but 2 is a good start.

Our waiter was excellent! The food was very good. My only complaint was the noise level. It was very very loud in there. I could barely hear my friend talk. We had to sit closer together..

Arrived early, but happily accommodated us and seated immediately…Esteban was an attentive server.., The Gouda Grouper and Short Ribs were perfectly prepared!

Took my wife and son for an anniversary dinner. Reservation time of 5:15, arrived at 5pm. We were seated within 5 minutes and had our appetizers on the table within 10 minutes. The food was amazing and with generous portions. The price of the food was not too bad. The service was great. We will definitely be going back.

Ulele is a must for anyone visiting the Tampa area. Make your reservation on OpenTable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ or you’ll have a long wait most of the time!. Walking around and to the restaurant is in itself a visual experience. We were greeted at checking in with a smile by the hostess and an “Your table is ready, please walk this way” had to be less than 3 shakes of a lambs tail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Our server Kimberly came over quickly provide water and took our drink order. Before i could switch out my sunglasses for my eyeglasses we had 2 perfectly made dirty martinis on the table. These martinis were smooth not to dirty with 2 fresh olives. The taste was perfect….. or we would not have had 3 lol. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Order the dozen chargrilled oysters. $46.00 and well worth it, hell i was going to order another dozen… actually i should have. These are fire roasted see video chard to perfection with grated Parmesan and Roman cheese and not to mention the garlic butter sauce. “This gets my “Drop the Napkin, it’s so damn good” rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Go with the Blackened Gouda Grouper fresh vegetables and wild rice….. flavored to blackened perfection, i mean what doesn’t taste good with Gouda….. Seriously! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and yes… you really do want the Jalapeno Beer Corn Muffins… We were so full and satisfied we had no room for desert. But I’m sure it would be fabulous. The bill did not include an automatic 18 to 20 percent gratuity which in my opinion is the way it should be…. If the service and the food is good no one has an issue providing the proper gratuity.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. When you make your culinary journey to this fabulous restaurant, tell me you just didn’t have one of the best dinning experience in ages…. The overall rating.. yep you guessed it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The overall experience was really great but there were some hiccups that could have made it exceptional. We arrived and checked in an hour early for a 7pm reservation to then roam around. At 6:50 we were called by the the hostess and told that our seating would not be available until 730. We opted for outside seating and were directed to a small table under a small umbrella even though rain was imminent. We requested a different table and were asked to wait although there was one under a large umbrella within eye sight. Rain began and we pitched our own umbrellas and the server ultimately moved us. From that point all went smoothly. We were a party of 6. We had mojitos which in my opinion were much smaller than other restaurants, but very tasty. Our dishes included the roasted chicken, filet mignon, meatloaf, grouper, okra fries, cornbread. Everything was delicious with a particular shout out to the okra fries and the cornbread. The chicken and the risotto were too salty. Portions were perfect! We had dessert too and I loved the flourless chocolate cake because of the scrumptious raspberry sauce. The bourbon cake was equally good in a different way. I will definitely be back and always save room for dessert!
