Server was absolutely amazing m, didn’t remember her name but she was really great. The food we had was very delicious.we will definitely be coming back.

Always a great experience. All of the sushi dishes were perfect, beautiful to look at, and tasted great. We love Uchi!

The entire dinner was not the experience we normally have. The taste and quality was lacking…the wagyu was beyond chewy. The Hama chili portions were off…we have eaten this dish 50+ times and were so disappointed this time. The fish was super thick and not every piece of fish had an orange to pair with it. The gyutoro was probably the biggest disappointment…we always start and end the meal with this and it was nothing but fat. Our waiter forgot multiple things…this being one of them that we end the night with this dish. He forgot my champagne. He brought the spicy kinoko nabe when we asked for the regular. I was extremely sad they decided to get rid of the sorbet trio and do a vegan gf sundae…it was disgusting. We were so sad to have spent our 11 year wedding anniversary at our favorite restaurant and be completely let down…especially since we drove almost 4 hours for it. Writing this review in hopes that it gets better for our next visit…

Great experience! Server was fantastic and really WOW’d for my friends birthday. The only awkward encounter we had was when we arrived and checked in for our reservation. The host made it very clear that our table was needed by 7:15. I understand turn times, but the dinner started off by rushing instead of being inviting.

I recently dined at Uchi with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. From the moment we sat down, we were reminded that we had only two hours to dine, which I found incredibly unusual for a high-end luxury restaurant. We were rushed to place our order and constantly reminded that our time was running out, creating an unpleasant and pressured atmosphere. I made the reservation through OpenTable, and at no point was I informed that there would be a strict two-hour dining limit. This was disappointing, as I have never experienced this kind of treatment at a fine dining establishment. Dining should be about enjoying the experience, not feeling rushed or unwelcome. While the food may have been good, the rushed service and lack of communication about the time limit overshadowed what could have been a memorable evening. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and reconsiders how they handle reservations and customer service, especially for those expecting a relaxed, luxurious experience.

Food was very tasty and nicely presented. My only issue was a cauliflower tempura dish covered in chili flakes- the chili was not in the menu description, but my server replaced it.
