    Air conditioning dripped on us all night, and server did offer to wipe it but then it dripped more, and then everyone had the attitude of “it is what it is”

    Had to wait 35 minutes to be seated even with having a reservation and our waitress took so long to check on us, bring food, and to bring/process the check. Took almost 3 hours to be seated, eat food, and get our check.

    Please offer more variety for vegetarians on your happy hour. We had only 2 choices out of which one was not available.

    The food is always fresh and served to perfection! We also got to he one in Austin that is amazing! I have celiac disease and we told the waitress. She only would make my dishes gluten free not allowing me to share with others at the table. We have been to this restaurant twice before and it was never an issue to have all the dishes gluten free, but she did not want to accommodate. At one point a person asked for a knife to cut a roll and she told her to use her spoon! Waitress did not try to make this a good experience once we told her we weren't going to do the chef or her choice menu. Food excellent, but really bummed about the way the waitress treated us!

    Uchi is our favorite restaurant for a romantic dinner or for some good times with the family. The menu can be intimidating however we always let our server take care of us and pick out our dishes. The food was so good that we usually eat until we are stuffed. The summer menu items were amazing as well and with a few request by us the server made the night amazing again. The cocktails are always on point as well.
