Chef Jaimee Pepe is at the helm of Twin Creeks Steakhouse, which proudly serves 100% Certified Black Angus beef. The difference is in the details at this award-winning steakhouse, with its unique brand of personal touches developed over nearly two decades of operation.

The Prime-grade 16-ounce New York Strip is hand-cut in house and can be finished with a choice of eight sauces and toppings, including a unique coffee crust, brandy peppercorn, or the classic French demi-glace.

At 40 ounces, the colossal Creekstone Farms Tomahawk serves two, filling the table with lobster mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, black-truffle butter, and two scratch-made sauces.

Dinner begins with fresh bread service, featuring three house-made selections and a choice of accompaniments. The hand-made butter, which is rumored to have its own fan club, is cultured and churned right in the kitchen.

The dining experience is complemented with an extensive wine list, and a selection of boutique bourbons.

    Solid choice for a nice dinner. The hostess (older of the two hostesses) was really snooty. She called our name and as we walked up to the stand she turned, grabbed menus, and just started walking. You can tell she doesn’t like her job. Server was wonderful, but it took awhile to get my glass of Prosecco. I saw it sitting half full on the bar for about 10 minutes before they opened a new bottle (I heard the cork pop) and topped it off. When I finally took a sip, I could tell the first half poured was probably old because the drink was pretty flat. The second glass was far better. Bread service was good, but too filling. Lobster bisque was bland. Biscuits were undercooked, but savory and the bacon jam was phenomenal. Creamed corn was not creamed, but was more like pepper infused. It was fine. Prime rib was excellent.

    The service from check in to check out was smooth and very welcoming. The warm hand towels to start off the dining experience was a nice touch. We did the tomahawk for 2. The salad and leek/bacon soup was delicious. The tomahawk was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The au gratin potatoes are not your Betty Crocker boxed specials. My husband did not care for them, but I thought they were cooked well in the cream sauce they came with. The dessert was the best crème brûlée I have ever had. It was well worth the price $130 for 2 and we will be coming back real soon.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Twin Creeks. The shrimp cocktail was a wonderful start with delicious huge shrimp and perfect seafood sauce. The Caesar salad was crisp and presented beautifully. The porterhouse steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. We both enjoyed the raspberry tea and delicious breads as well. Lien, our waiter, and his assistants were kind, attentive and made our visit special. We look forward to going back the next time we're in Vegas.

    We hadn’t been to Twin Creeks since well before the COVID pandemic. We remembered very good food and value and were looking forward to it. Price wise, it was on par with other casino steakhouses. The ten ounce filet was $69. But, though it looked really good and was prepared as ordered, medium rare, it was tough, grainy and almost tasteless. When we order filet mignon at Hank’s or T Bone, the filet is buttery and delicious. We also ordered broccolini and baked potato. Both were very good. The service was ok, though it took a long time to receive our meal despite the restaurant being mostly empty. We took home a fair amount of the uneaten filet and our dog loved it!

    This is our 3rd time visiting/eating @ TwinCreek Steakhouse. The tempura shrimp and crab cake is a must to order for an appetizer. If you are looking for an amazing juicy tender steak this is the place! Josh was our waiter this time and last time. He is simply amazing and will not steer you wrong with a recommendation from the menu. Thank you to all the TwinCreek staff for an epic & delicious dinner.
