Chef Jaimee Pepe is at the helm of Twin Creeks Steakhouse, which proudly serves 100% Certified Black Angus beef. The difference is in the details at this award-winning steakhouse, with its unique brand of personal touches developed over nearly two decades of operation.

The Prime-grade 16-ounce New York Strip is hand-cut in house and can be finished with a choice of eight sauces and toppings, including a unique coffee crust, brandy peppercorn, or the classic French demi-glace.

At 40 ounces, the colossal Creekstone Farms Tomahawk serves two, filling the table with lobster mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, black-truffle butter, and two scratch-made sauces.

Dinner begins with fresh bread service, featuring three house-made selections and a choice of accompaniments. The hand-made butter, which is rumored to have its own fan club, is cultured and churned right in the kitchen.

The dining experience is complemented with an extensive wine list, and a selection of boutique bourbons.

Great food and service. It is a little too dark the high top tables/bench seating and had to use the flashlights on our phones to read the menus and sign the bill. Tables next to us had the same problem. Otherwise, everything was spectacular and we will dine there again.

It is a great mid-priced Steakhouse. Excellent service and we could not have asked for better cuisine. The King cut prime rib was perfect.

Had 5:15 reservations in order to attend show that doors opened at 7pm. Have enjoyed dinner here many times before. Tonight seemed a bit off. The kitchen was very behind with almost 45 minutes between appetizer and main course. We split the 21 ounces rib-eye, with creamed corn and baked potato. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and tasty but was almost cold upon arrival. Both side dishes were hot. Service was excellent but much delayed. It just felt "off". We did not ask to reheat the steak due to the fact that we were already seated for one and a quarter hours. All staff were professional, but even the one bartender was being overwhelmed right in front of me as I had a pre-dinner cocktail. She was serving 5 people at the bar and taking "to go" orders for food and making all the drinks for the entire restaurant which was at least at 75% capacity. Plus making "time consuming "smoked drinks" and toasted marshmallows for a dessert. She was a superwoman.

Ribeye steak(medium-well-pink in the middle) was prepared perfectly...quality cut and lightly seasoned as it should be.

We dine here often and always have great service and the food is delicious! Twin Creeks never disappoints! Best steak house in Vegas! Try the 1 1/2 pound lobster and Tomahawk steak!
