Chef Jaimee Pepe is at the helm of Twin Creeks Steakhouse, which proudly serves 100% Certified Black Angus beef. The difference is in the details at this award-winning steakhouse, with its unique brand of personal touches developed over nearly two decades of operation.

The Prime-grade 16-ounce New York Strip is hand-cut in house and can be finished with a choice of eight sauces and toppings, including a unique coffee crust, brandy peppercorn, or the classic French demi-glace.

At 40 ounces, the colossal Creekstone Farms Tomahawk serves two, filling the table with lobster mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, black-truffle butter, and two scratch-made sauces.

Dinner begins with fresh bread service, featuring three house-made selections and a choice of accompaniments. The hand-made butter, which is rumored to have its own fan club, is cultured and churned right in the kitchen.

The dining experience is complemented with an extensive wine list, and a selection of boutique bourbons.

    Joshua was great. Our experience was very memorable. We had an anonymous diner send over a bottle of champagne. What a great and unexpected surprise and a fabulous way to end our dinner.

    Nice place. Great service. Food was in line with other steakhouses. It was too dark and noisy but still a great spot. We will be back.

    Fabulous dinner with my husband for Father's Day! We both had the sea bass and the new presentation of the was delicious! Our server Jessica and her helper Nancy were very attentive to our needs. It was a fantastic evening!

    We had a delicious dinner. I started with a wedge salad, then enjoyed a lobster tail. My fiancé had the prime rib and an amazing dessert from Las vegas weeks special menu and enjoyed it as well. We had a great server, Joshua. Food was also served in a timely manner. Definitely would go back again.

    Everything was just great. It made for a perfect evening. From check in to the waitstaff the service was excellent. We eat out two to three times a week and are certainly going to put Twin Peaks in our rotation. Jerry and Barb.

    The service was incredible. Remember to chat with the servers (yes, there's more than one) about the various dishes available...they are very knowledgeable about sauce pairs with what food. Oh, and bring your wallet...it's not cheap (but we'll go back again anyway).
