Twigs Bistro at the Spokane Valley Mall is an inviting and comfortable restaurant offering a New American menu and an extensive list of adult beverages. You'll find a delicious selection of appetizers, salads, steaks, pasta, pizza, comfort entrees, gluten free and kids meals too. And our signature liquor tower in the bar is a sure giveaway that we know how to shake up a great cocktail, like our Signature Lemon Drop martini. Join us for a delightful Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 20th, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM! The buffet is $54 per person for Adults and Kids 16 and older (plus tax and gratuity). Kids ages 8-15 eat for $23, Kids 4-7 are $10 and children 3 under dine for free. The buffet features a variety of delicious dishes, including: - Muffins, pastries, and mini yogurt parfaits - Toasted pecan Caesar, Greek pasta salad, and grilled asparagus - Ham & Swiss sliders, shrimp cocktail, and Italian charcuterie skewers - Biscuits & gravy, honey-cured bacon, sausage links, scrambled eggs, rosemary breakfast potatoes - Crème brûlée French toast and more! Also enjoy the Chef's Carving Station with slow-roasted prime rib and orange-glazed ham, along with a Chocolate fountain Dessert buffet. Beverages include coffee, orange juice, and soda. We visited the Twigs restaurant during Inland Restaurant Week and was able to select two outstanding three course meals that were not on the typical menu. Grant, our waiter, provided excellent customer service, and the background music was loud enough to drown out other conversations but still maintain a comfortable conversation. We will definitely visit this restaurant again in the near future.

It took about an hour just for us to revive our cocktails. We had a group of 9. It was not super busy but the service was very slow. After we got drinks it took another 35 minutes to get our food. I love Twigs, but will not be returning to this location.

Food was really good and worth the price. Even though we had a reservation for 7:30 we didn’t get seated till almost 8 while a party of 5 that arrived directly after us got seated first which was kind of annoying. Other then the wait times the service was good.

Busboy was drunk. Employees standing around. Our waitress only visited us 3 times. Food was not seasoned and overcooked. Drinks were worse than normal.

Over an hour wait for food...every waiter and waitress was stressed out and profusely apologizing to everyone....the kitchen was managed horribly. Some tables came in after us and not only got their food first but finished it and left before prior tables were served....management should be grossly ashamed of this....will never return.

Waited over an hour to receive our food. Once we got our food it was cold. Would not recommend.

Grant was very attentive to our needs and did a great job. It was Valentines 💝 night so was pretty busy. Background music was too loud for my taste but crowded restaurant added to noise level

Our server Katie G was amazing! Service was extremely slow and chaotic, but she was upbeat and when we didn't like our dessert at all, she replaced it with a big bowl of cream so we at least got something that we paid for!

Overall an ok dinner. Has become more like a large casual dining chain like Red Lobster/Black Angus than a locally owned and influenced restaurant. Used to eat at the downtown one which was very good. The valley one was a bit hit and miss.
