Twigs Bistro on South Regal in Spokane is an inviting and comfortable restaurant offering a New American menu and an extensive list of adult beverages. You'll find a delicious selection of appetizers, salads, steaks, pasta, pizza, comfort entrees, gluten free and kids meals too. And our signature liquor tower in the bar is a sure giveaway that we know how to shake up a great cocktail, like our Signature Lemon Drop martini. Join us on the patio in the summer for a relaxing break from a long day. Recently remodeled and with new management, we're ready to help make your dining experience a great one. Twigs (South Hill) has a nice menu, but the seats and some areas are looking a bit threadbare. For some reason, guests were seated far and wide, with great distances between all the tables. That’s nice for private conversations, but not good for a sense of buzz and activity. Plus, the servers had to cover a lot of ground in a pretty large space. What’s up with that? Otherwise, the food and drinks were good. Love the lemon drop!

Service was horrible..waited 15 mins for a waiter then more time for our drinks. They need to have more wait staff and not make the bartender wait on everyone in bar and outside. Probably won’t go there again.

Very nice restaurant on Spokane's South Hill. Server was very friendly and helpful. Meals were excellent - I had the ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. Desserts were amazing. Good, varied menu. Great indoor and outdoor seating.

We celebrated our son's 35th birthday at Twigs with a family gathering. Dominic, our server, was amazing. He greeted us & immediately asked us if we needed a drink. He was genuine with answering any & all questions we had regarding their menu . Our food was delicious and the birthday dessert served to our son, was a bonus. When we dine again at Twigs, we most certainly will ask to be seated in Dominic's serving area. Twig's are fortunate to have him as their employee. A great dining experience!

It’s was amazing !!! Thank you very much for the pleasant atmosphere, delicious lunch and polite and attentive service. Our order was prepared very quickly.

This is a neighborhood restaurant that my husband and I go to quite often. The service was very slow but our waiter was friendly, personable and did his best to keep us update on drinks and food. Food was outstanding - probably best I've had there is years. The fish tacos were really good! And, of course, sitting on the patio on a beautiful evening didn't hurt.

Loved the twigs Mother’s Day brunch buffet. As a first time parent the crowd was very accepting to our 7-week old son and the service was great. A little steep price wise but seeing how busy it was and the amount of food we actually ate, I would say it’s a great value compared to other options. The front desk/seating attendants were a little absent minded and not paying full attention which created a bit of a backup but other than that Twigs did a great job. Would definitely go back.
