I reserved a table and was told to seat myself at the high-top tables. Not what I8 reserved. I am a veteran it was advertised a meal was provided for veterans, when I got there, I was told it was only for a certain time period. Well freedom isn't free nor is anything else. I don't usually go out on veterans day, I did tonight and will never do it again! Salute to veterans is just fake! Keep your free trash.

We waited 45 minutes to be greeted at our table and take our drink order. After we received our drinks we ordered 2 appetizers. We waited for a bit and then our server came over to let us know she forgot to put our appetizer order in, after we had ordered our main dinner. She asked if we still wanted our apps and we said yes as long as our dinner is held. A couple of minutes after receiving our apps, our dinner came out. The server did comp one of our appetizers. We had a nice corner table, but it was close to the door and a breeze kept coming in, so it was chilly the whole night. I put on our reservation that we were there celebrating our anniversary and it wasn’t even acknowledged.

Food was ok. Waiter was very polite and pleasant but clearly untrained (or under trained). The restaurant manager completely ruined the night. She was absolutely untrained and not mature enough for the job. Earlier in the day I called to check if my $100 gift card (which serves multiple restaurants) was accepted. The answer was “Yes we do accept that.” But when paying, I was told the opposite. The manager told me their gift card machine was not working. (What ??) She offered no solution or alternative. After some discussion she closed with an over the top, completely sarcastic, sing song “Have a great night!”. (Which she repeated three times.) WE WILL NEVER RETURN.

my only complaint is that they were unwilling to offer an appetizer sized portion of a dinner option of risotto. I could not eat the $30 worth of risotto and wasn’t in a position to take it home. It made no sense to me that they could not offer a portion or appetizer size.

The food was exceptional. Tonight I had the sea bass. I have eaten at Tuscan Kitchen several times. I have always ordered something different - and everything that I have ever had has been outstanding. This is a go to restaurant for bringing special guests from out of town.

It was late when we arrived the service and staff did an excellent job accommodating us. The menu was pretty straight forward but the taps were down so draft, beer was not an option. I was hoping they would expand the appetizer menu.

My wife and I were not wowed by the food. Although it tasted good, small portions, and lack of value for the price. The meals we had could be easily made at home.

Tuscan was just ok. We were sat at a two seater table by the kitchen where my chair was in the pathway going to the kitchen. We had requested a booth. The service was nothing special and the food was good. Most menu prices were high.

The food and service were great! The rigatoni was light and flavorful and the dark chocolate espresso cake do rich and indulgent!
