                                I had a soup and salad which was $16 and a tonic water. My bill was $25. How can this be? I had 3 refills of the tonic as the glass was mainly ice, I suspect that I was charged for each refill. If this is the case, please let your customers know this practice. Tonic is on tap like any other soft drink so why would you do this?

                                We found compared to previous visits the quality of food was not the same . Anything that was wrong (cold food) was replaced promptly and courteously though.

                                Once again , back at Turtles for a family of 4 adults..It was a Saturday 6:30 and it was a full house, recommend reservations. Not disappointed, we did book a reservation and on arrival, our booth was ready and waiting. The service as always was prompt and friendly. The food was as it always is "fantastic" and the servings were more than we could all eat, desserts to die for, try the Pecan Tart, bet you can't eat it all. Over all we had a great dinner , thank you guys.

                                The food was good, except for my soup was cold. There was some confusion about our reservation, so we had 2 tables and eventually found each other.
