Server was attentive and food was good. The restaurant did run out of a special, a specific sashimi that we wanted. We arrived and ordered by 7 PM, and it seems quite early to run out of a special. The ginger was dried out. But all else was good.

Been to tsunami a bunch but never this location. Our waiter Jose was awesome and super kind but the food made both me and my husband so sick. It didn’t taste like it normally does but then we got home and we were both sick all night.

Right when we sat down one of the little dishes still had ginger and wasabi in it. Once we got our rolls my sister pulled out a hair from her mouth.. then on another roll there was another hair that I pulled off. Our waitress didn’t ask how anything was and wasn’t attentive at all. This location lacks everything that the Lehi location has. Won’t be back.

We truly had the best experience. We are no strangers to Tsunami and usually visit the Union Heights one, but we prefer the ambiance at the South Jordan location. Last night’s service was the definition of great service. Luke was kind, attentive, friendly, efficient and he really made our date night dinner a very enjoyable one. The food was perfection from the drink he recommended, to the appetizer, entrees and dessert. Absolutely 10 out of 10 experience and the reason we will always go back to this location.

I took my grandson who is 13 to dinner to have a little grandma/grandson time. We had such a good time. We could hear each other easily and the food and service was great!

This is one of my favorite “go to” restaurants. The sushi rolls were fresh and delicious. They were also open to special requests. I had a delightful birthday lunch.
