We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Turning Stone Steakhose. Our server Robin is excellent. We were celebrating an event in our marriage and the overall service was outstanding as well. We have dined at the steakhouse in the past and were certainly surprised by the large increase in the overall prices this time.

Turning Stone Steakhouse: A Go-To Gem for Special Occasions We recently celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary at Turning Stone Steakhouse, and once again, it did not disappoint! This has become one of our favorite spot for special occasions, and each visit reaffirms why we keep coming back. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the familiar ambiance that perfectly balances elegance and warmth. The stunning views never fail to impress, and it always feels like the ideal setting for a memorable evening. As always, the service was phenomenal. Our server, Ken, made us feel right at home while expertly guiding us through the menu. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and their genuine commitment to creating a top-notch dining experience shines through. Now, onto the food – which, as usual, was outstanding. We kicked off the evening with some delicious cocktails that set the perfect tone for the meal ahead. For our main courses, we couldn't resist indulging in the prime rib and filet mignon. Both dishes were impeccably prepared; the prime rib was tender and juicy, while the filet mignon melted in our mouths. Every bite was a reminder of why we love coming here. To cap off our celebration, we savored the crème brûlée, which was as delightful as we remembered. The perfect balance of creamy richness and a perfectly caramelized top made it a fitting ending to our meal. Turning Stone Steakhouse has consistently provided us with exceptional dining experiences, making it our go-to choice for celebrations. We left feeling grateful for another wonderful evening and eager for our next visit. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Love TS Steakhouse, one of my favorite places in Central New York. Food was excellent as always, price point is high but worth it for a great night out. My only complaint was we were seated on the balcony level and the design prevents seeing out. One of the best things about the place is the view and the balcony prevented us enjoying that part.

Great relaxing dinner before a show. Food was outstanding. Guys had steaks that looked amazing. The shrimp cocktail was enormous. More than enough to share. My girlfriend and I had the tuna a la Oscar. Yum! The service was excellent and friendly without being stuffy. So much fun!

Dinner and service were wonderful! Our only complaint is that people were getting up from their tables to walk around and loiter around our table - NOT appreciated! And frankly, they should know better. But, hey, we’re all living in a world without manners.

EXCELLENT meal from start to finish! Renee was our waitress and Alex was her wingman. They were both attentive and made excellent recommendations. We had the poutine and cheese board and thoroughly enjoyed both. The NY strip steak, prime rib, and filet mignon with mouth watering blue cheese butter were all delicious. The mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts did not disappoint. We were too full to have dessert, maybe a first for us, but the food and service were all fabulous. Nice job, TS Steakhouse.

From the moment we sat down, Robin’s service was impeccable. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Robin took the time to ensure our dining experience was flawless, from recommending the perfect wine pairing to accommodating special requests with ease. The timing of each course was spot on, and her warm personality truly enhanced our meal. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Robin. She made our evening exceptional.
