Service was very slow, even with bough nobody was in the restaurant.

This was my first time as well as my guest’s first time of ever eating at True Food…WOW!!! We absolutely LOVED everything about it. I have now found my new go to. I am not a fan of eating out for many reasons, but mainly healthy eating habits. It took my guest a minute to get his around no fries…lol so, he went with the kale slaw, by the end of the meal he was singing the praises of the food and he really needs to eat mor greens..lol

If you’re looking for a place with plenty of vegan options that also are a great portion size this is your place. Whether you’re vegan or not there is something on the menu for you. 10/10

Terrible experience. Food took forever to come out. We waited 50 minutes and then to find out the server never put in my son’s order and lied about it. When food finally came out it was cold or the order was wrong. The manager was nice. That’s pretty much the only positive of our experience which was a reservation for a birthday celebration. Definitely not coming back. Portions are also very poor sized.

It’s been a while since I went to True Foods. I had the air fried chicken sandwich with a kale Caesar and it was delish!! Great service too!

The service was excellent. Our waiter gave us a complimentary glass of wine. The food was indeed very health.

We went to True Foods for lunch yesterday which we had done many times before. This time we had a new waiter who was completely unprepared and frazzled. The service was slow which is excusable in this situation, but the food was also sub par compared to usual. The flatbread was underbaked, the guacamole tasted off, the salad was underdressed. Worse was that we waited nearly an hour for our drinks. This is something that happens almost every time. Why are there not 2 people staffing the bar? I was embarrassed having suggested True Foods as a place to get lunch with our friends.

very few people there and makes sense. food quality/taste significantly worsened since were were last here a few years ago. staff is friendly but when the food isn't good no point going back.
